I have dogs so they had to stretch and Scotchguard the carpets. They cleaned the furniture well. I bought two of their mats for the outside. It was first rate. I was extremely pleased with their service. I didn't expect to spend that much but they provided a lot of service and I couldn't have been happier with it. I even ran out of the little bottle of rug cleaner that they gave me for free. I wanted to purchase a large bottle and I called them and they delivered it the same day. I was very pleased with the service. I had it in Texas and it was excellent and it is here as well. I will definitely use them again.

They were on time and they did a great job on my carpet. I would like to mention their timeliness as they were able to give me a good time which was a rarity with the people coming to your house. I have used them in the past too.

They were great. They took really special care with the tiles. They took time to explain everything to me. They went above and beyond of what I thought. They were really good and they don’t have anything to improve upon. I would use their services again in the future.

We have had extremely good luck with them. We have been very pleased with them. The one that we use are from a certain location, but they are all part of a large company. We have a contract with them wherein they would come out 3 times a year. They always come on time. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

I received a phone call stating that they were on their way from the previous job. They arrived shortly after and cleaned the carpets as specified. The offered but didn't push products which I wasn't interested in.

I could go on and on but the main thing I need to say is they just plain didn't get the carpets clean and when I told them that, they didn't like it very much. If you can't get the carpets clean, I don't want you to do my carpets any more.

We scheduled the work and received a quote over the web. They arrived on time, and performed the cleaning, and then told us about the program to allow us to pay a discounted rate "that day" and have the ability to have them back two more times over the next year. It was a good deal, so we signed up.

I'm not sure exactly what process they used but I know when they steam the carpets and they also get rid of most of the moisture so the carpets dry pretty quickly. They are very courteous and accommodating if you have any requests or question about the service.

The people on the phone told me they would move my furniture. However, they don't move all furniture, as it turns out. So, some things were cleaned around and not under. The person on the phone was also really trying to get me to do the job immediately, when I could have waited until the following week. But all that said, the men who came were very good and professional. They thoroughly cleaned my very dirty carpets and showed me the one place they couldn't get clean. They got out the urine smell from my cat, as well. Good job.

Overall, they did a fair job but not excellent, They missed a couple of spots they should have noticed though. On the other hand, I was scheduled quickly and the job was done promptly.

These guys really did a terrific job cleaning my carpet. I only used them once every two years and have always been happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

The people from Stanley Steemer arrived on schedule and took care of moving and replacing all the furniture. The carpets look wonderful and I am pleased with their work. There was an extra charge which is included in the price for the deodorizing treatments. I would recommend them.

It went very well. They called to confirm, showed up a few minutes early and were very efficient in doing the job so they were in and out in a relatively short amount of time.

The fellows were efficient although they did have to come back when I discovered that they had forgotten to do one out-of-the-way room. However, they returned as soon as I called them and were very apologetic. The cost was probably average, especially since I did not have the stain guard applied.

The crews showed up before I got home 2 times during this experience although they were told what time I got off work. Sped through the job and not allowing the water to even penetrate the carpets. 13 minutes to do 3 rooms and stairs is not nearly long enough to have done the job effectively especially when I told them up front my major concern was pet odors rather than stains. I was told by the 1st two techs it wasn't possible to remove- other companies guarantee odor removal why can't the biggest carpet cleaning company do it then? After 3 attempts to do the job correctly, it was somewhat done. Although in the process of the 3rd trip the techs water damaged pictures hanging on the walls and collector's edition board games in the room, because the trigger was stuck on the hose while they were not in the room. The company promised to refund my money, but have yet to do so after more than 3 weeks.

The men were on time, professional, took care not to scratch wood floors, very polite, neat, and clean. They took time to help me move plants, tables, and chairs. They gave me information up front if a stain might not come clean. I was very pleased with them, their work, and the job done.

The employees were prompt, and after looking at the rooms I wanted cleaned, started their work.
