Description of Work: We called for an estimate for carpet cleaning. The operator was very nice and professional. She asked me a few questions and quoted me a rate which we approved. When the cleaning crew arrived I realized I had made a mistake and not mention the stairwell and huge landing and the crew still cleaned the stairs with charging us extra. I mentionned that we wanted help moving the large furniture since my husband had a back problem and they were very helpfull and even moved the stuff back in place. They used covers over there shoes and even gave us some to use for the next day. Overall, we were totally satisfied and will definitely use them again! BTW, our house is approx. 3000 sq ft.

Description of Work: Two men came out to clean the carpet on a Saturday. I was originally told they would arrive sometime between 9 am-12 pm. I received a call at approximately 11:10 am stating they would be there in 30 minutes. They did not arrive until about 12:05 pm, which was frustrating because I had lunch plans. I did not see any of the actual work done because I left for lunch, but returned Sunday to check out the results and the carpet looks fantastic! They cleaned and laid down protectant and deodorizer. Keep in mind this was a 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo with minimal carpeted stairs. The price seemed a bit high, but the quality was second to none. I would recommend this company for the quality of work they do, but don't count on them to arrive on time.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ABLE TO GET OUT EVERY SINGLE BIT OF THE VOMIT, AND THE SPOTS DID NOT COME BACK. I THOUGHT I WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE CARPETING - BUT IT LOOKED GREAT AFTER THEY FINISHED.
Description of Work: MY YOUNG SON WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND VOMITED ALL OVER HIS BEDROOM. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING AND CLEANED HIS CARPET.

+ -1 moreTHE TECH'S WERE VERY NICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANOR. I WAS ALSO OFFERED A 'MEMBERSHIP' OF SORTS, SO THAT WE PAY DISCOUNTED RATES FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT, WE HAVE WHITE CARPETS, TWO KIDS TWO CATS AND A DOG, SO AROUND OUR HOME, THEY ARE LIFE SAVERS!
Description of Work: I HAD SEVERAL CARPETS CLEANED IN MY HOME. A LARGE FAMILY ROOM, SMALLER LIVING ROOM, ONE SET OF STAIRS, DINING ROOM AND A HALL WAY, THEY ALSO DEODERIZED THE FAMILY ROOM AND APPLIED SCOTCH GUARD TO ALL OF THE AREAS.
