COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Denver

I feel that Coit did a great job and exceeded my expectations. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. The carpet cleaner called me in the AM and scheduled a 2 hour window to arrive--he was right on time. My carpets are light tan (ugh!) and they look great now--just in time for company to arrive.

I wanted my coach and chair cleaned. When a Coit representative came out he said yes they would be able to clean it no problem, even though it was a silk fabric. When the tech came out to actually do the job he looked at the coach he said no way. I said what about the chair and he said he could do the chair, but there was a minimum service fee. They were willing to do the chair but for the price of the coach and chair quote. I felt that was way to much for just the chair. So the people that cleaned my carpet cleaned the chair. For the sofa I took the cushion covers and pillow covers into my cleaners and they were able to clean them without any problems. Unfortunately I was not able to take the whole coach into the cleaners so just the cushion covers and pillow cases were cleaned. I had always heard good things about Coit, but they were not able to deliver any service for me. I would not use them again. Yin could not talk to Yang. No one was on the same page. A lot of time was wasted.

Stephen Flynn came promptly and did the appraisal and explained the upcoming process. Tony Phifer did the cleaning two days later on schedule. He did an excellent job cleaning and removing some stains. He also explained very carefully the aftercare. We have always used Coit and will continue to do do!

Coit came and gave us an estimate for duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and tile restoration. The price was reasonable for all 3 items, so we went for it! It was scheduled within a week and we were very happy with the work done. They also quoted us for grout removal and putting in new grout in our shower. Everyone who showed up at our home was professional and worked hard. We were very satisfied with the work and would recommend (and will hire again when we had the need). Our tile has build up from using Mop-N-Glow and we were very pleased with the work. Now, we only use white vinegar to clean our tile and they look grea

I have used them many times. They have a good service.

The representative was very accomodating in terms of calling me at work before coming to the house to drop off roman shades that had been cleaned. They did a great job of cleaning my old shades.

the 2 guys who did the job were very professional, respectful of our property and seemed to do a very thorough job.

Overall, I was pleased with the work done on the Oriental rugs and all but one area rug. They had trouble getting the stains out of one rug, but I can see where they tried and it did look a little better. Good job on the drapery cleaning.

It had been a year since our last cleaning. Tony did an amazing job. He got out stains that I thought were permanent. He showed me the before and after when he was half way through a room. It was pricey, but worth it.

When the man came to do the initial assessment I told him that I had this 30% off discount and I was told that he would take care of it. Later, after I printed the coupon, he said he could take care of the discount again, and took the printed coupon from me. I got the final price back and the 30% was not taken off and I have gone back and forth with this company several times and they still refuse to honor it. They even brought it up with their leadership team and they still refuse to honor it because they have never given this discount out, and now, the representative I spoke with does not remember the conversation. They only reason I went with this company in the first place was because of the coupon they now refuse to honor.

The two guys that came were very professional, polite, and not only fixed the problems I pointed out, but fixed other areas I had notnoticed, in the end it looked like I had new carpet. The job was harder than just cleaning the carpet, these guys had to placenew tack treads to hold down the carpet, as the previous work I had done on my stairs removed them all, so they went aboveand beyond. I was so pleased with the work, and the price was right.

They came when they said they would and did a good job. They did a better job than I expected. There was one problem. One of the guys did not turn the furnace back on. They pushed him and he was here until six o'clock to get it fixed. I did have a forty percent sale deal. They put in six hours of work. There were lots of stains and it was in bad shape. They did good and I will use them again.

They have done a pretty good for us. I would absolutely recommend them.

They do a great job of cleaning and friendly. They stand by their work and look they look good. Great job on throw rugs. They did the rugs and drapes.

I like their professionalism. They are a little pricey but they’ve always done a good job for us. The price varies on how many rooms I have done. They’re always here on time and they’re reliable. They can come out with hardly any notice.

They charged me approximately $125. The job wasn’t good. I think that the stairs went well, but when they were done I saw more stains than before they started. Thus, I have redone it myself and it is actually looking better. They did say that they would come back and redo it, but with the holidays I said not until next month. I decided to do it myself. I never had a problem with doing the carpet cleaning. My wife thought that going to a professional would be better. When she walked in the door she was very dissatisfied, and so was I too since it was $125. It didn’t work out. They only spent about an hour on it. When I use my machine at home, I spend about 4 hours and it seems to make the carpet look better. Apart from the fact that they are come back to clean it up, I would not use them again.

I like them. They do a great job. I had a lot of carpet done and air ducts are expensive. They send a $25 coupon for every $100 I spend. I have enough coupons to get my couch cleaned free. They are very respectful of my things. They are very friendly. I enjoy having them in my house. They are very, very nice people. I've used them over the years and they have always been very consistent. They are reasonably priced and they give the coupons. They are competitively priced but they are not cheap. I will absolutely continue to use them.

The tech arrived on time, with a courtesy phone call to say he was on his way. He walked around the house with me, prepared an estimate that I then signed. He carefully removed all window treatments and picked up the silk bedding ensemble. He was professional, clean, and friendly. Everything was scheduled to be returned and rehung within a week. Exactly 7 days later, two techs arrived (preceded by a courtesy phone call). They were excellent, hanging everything with extreme care and professionally arranging the valances on the rods in a picture-perfect manner, spacing everything evenly and shaping pleats and folds. They removed all tags, hangers, and plastic bags and took everything with them when they left. The dry cleaning was done with care: not a single tassel was missing, nothing shrank, everything came back as good as new.

THey were very professional and did a great job. The problem was the price. They were so expensive and I have since used another carpet cleaner for a fraction of the cost.

The service person showed up on time, wore shoe covers and protected all corners and doorways to clean the carpet. They had a disclaimer that pet stains (cat vomit) may not get thoroughly clean, but all areas came out looking very good. Oh, and this was after having contractors in our house for six weeks, so the stairs were especially bad. He then took away the area rug for cleaning. The carpet job was done in a little over an hour. We scheduled the tile cleaning for a week later, so that the area rug could be returned at the same time. Three cleaning technicians worked on the tile, even repairing some spots in the grout that were not quoted on the estimate. When they starting sealing the grout with the colored sealant, they made sure I was satisfied with the color choice before continuing. The tile job was done in about an hour and a half. All of the Coit folks that I came into contact with were courteous and professional, and I would definitely recommend Coit, at least for the services I had done.

They were very good and very thorough. However, they were expensive. I do not remember how much I paid them. I may use them again in the future.

Pricey, but I did get a military discount and a % savings for bundling services. Quality of Service and professionalism outstanding.

The experience with them was fine. It was over the phone and pretty basic. They were friendly and professional. Their price seemed very high but we would still consider them in the future.

I called them and described what I wanted cleaned. I scheduled an appt for them to give me an estimate. When they arrived, I told them I accept the estimate and to perform the cleaning. They were careful to put down covers on my floors before bringing the long hose in. They did use water from an outside faucet. The service was quick and thorough. The only thing I hadn't prepared for was 24 hours for the sofa cushions to dry. I would use them again. Got rid of doggy odors on upholstery.
