Very responsive, fast service. Luther came out and repaired our existing outdoor faucet that has been a source of great frustration to us as it is very difficult to access since we had deck built several years ago. There was nothing he could do to make the current faucet more accessible but he suggested placing a new faucet accessing our kitchen plumbing which faces the backyard. What a wonderful and inexpensive solution. Thanks!! Highly recommend.

With my experiences on the telephone, they were professional and communicated well. One mishap was soldered pieces fell into the system causing it not to shut off. Upon contacting the company, they were willing to come back out to examine the situation and check their work. They stated this was not their fault and took no responsibility in making it right. I went ahead and completed the repair to bring it back to working condition. The initial job took one hour. However, they charged me travel time, which was 1 hour. They got stuck in traffic and still charged me the full amount of travel time.

The relief valve on the water heater blew on Saturday night. The plumber came the next morning (Sunday) and replaced the valve. While he was here, he noted that we did not have a pressure reducing valve on the main water line coming into the house so he measured the pressure. It was too high (96 PSI), so he set us up to get a pressure reducing valve installed during normal working hours. That work was completed on the following Tuesday. Both plumbers were very professional, efficient, and friendly. They were very good at explaining what they were doing.

So far, the smells seemed to have gone, or substantially dissipated. I am very, very pleased.

Rick, the plumber who visited my house, was on time and honest in his assessment of our particular sump pump situation. He repeated numerous times that he felt that our sump pit didn't look out of character (dirty) and that replacing the sump pump would be easy for my husband to do (for free). In other words, he wanted me to know that we didn't need to go to the expense of a plumber, which I appreciated. However, in our particular situation, we had a structural engineer give us advice about our sump pit/pump when we bought the house (one month ago). After Rick came out, I had the good fortune of having a foundation specialist assess my pit. He took measurements and said that, in fact, our pit is too shallow and requires cleaning and a specific set up, so that water doesn't back up under our foundation. If the specific set up doesn't work, then we will ultimately have to have the pit re-dug, which could cost $4K-$6K.

I called at 10 am and someone came at 1 pm the same day. The technician found a pillowback bearing had been destroyed and replaced it. He oiled the motor and the blower. Checking the attic, he found that the insulated duct had come apart in the attic, allowing most of the cool air to escape into the attic. He repaired the duct, cycled the cooler to be sure everything was working properly. He was pleasant, professional and he showed me the bearing before replacing it. This was a GREAT experience.

Arrived on time. Entire job took 3.25 hours. It would have been nice if a leaky faucet purchased from Bill Smith and installed by their plumber had been fixed with no additional charge.

I was very pleased with the work. They told me someone would arrive between 8-10 and Randall arrived at 8:50. He was polite and quick. I thought the price was very reasonable and they were able to come out the day after I called. Overall, I am very satisfied.

These guys worked right alongside the granite countertop installers and did a great job of identifying potential problems and setting up everything so that it all made sense. They worked quickly, but still spent the time needed to do it right. They notice water stains and warped cabinet flooring and took pains to make sure nothing would sweat or leak. I was very pleased.

Very good, prompt service. Base price was about $100 less. My price includes $32 City of Littleton permit and some other flexible piping that the City of Littleton requires, along with a new shut off valve

I went with them because they were easy to reach (no transferring around to the wrong department), clear about the costs and available the same day. I called a few others, whose prices may have been slightly lower, but they would only estimate labor and this company was very easy to work with. I called about 11 am, and they were finsihed with job about 4:30 the same day.Only minor quibble: I'd have liked them to wipe down the floor when they were finished.

Everyone was on time and polite. We felt the cost was very reasonable considering there were 2 items that need attention and 2 people on the job. There was some debris left in a basement room from having to break into drywall to solder the pipe for the exterior. This is was a minor issue as no one is living in that room. All was excellent.

They came out and gave me an estimate that was expensive, but cheaper than replacing the heater, so I hired them. They did the work that same day and everything is working just fine now.

The overall experience was excellent. We called them in the morning and they responded in the same day with a very nice plumber named Scott. He was very courteous and replaced the valve for what I thought was a very good price.
