Description of Work: This company was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish, and completed our job (replacement of a frozen/burst pipe to an outside faucet) quickly, professionally and at a fair price. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: I have used Bill Smith Plumbing before and have always been satisfied. This time I used an Angie's List coupon. Initially I was not contacted and complained to Angie's List. Instead I should have just called Bill Smith Plumbing.......they took care of me that same day!! I had a faucet that was leaking, a couple of shower heads needing to be replaced, too little pressure in the kitchen sink and wanted my toilets checked out as they are aging. The faucet was not fixable as it turns out, but they took pictures and researched online etc for parts before calling me and telling me I needed a to buy a new faucet. Very pleased w/ the service!!

Description of Work: Bill re-installed a kitchen drain after we had granite installed. Had a few tricky issues due to the change in countertops which affected the piping, but he handled it quickly and knew exactly what to do. He then hooked up the downdraft fan vent in our Jenn-air oven, which was very tricky. He was creative enough to figure out a solution that I hadn't thought of (and I think I'm pretty good at this stuff). Lastly, as an afterthought, I had him look at our hot-water heating system and not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but had the electrical part that was needed to fix it - in about 15 minutes. Another plumber had mis-diagnosed the problem and wanted $300 for the same job. So even though his rate of $98.00 seems high to me, he was able to accomplish a lot in a short period of time. Description of Work: Basement shower, all-in-one-unit was leaking from space below shower. Estimator came, set up appointment. Plumber on time, He drew a diagram of the problem, a faulty drain installation, and possible solution. Then he cleaned the drain, repaired the leak, cleaned up. Estimate was on target. Bill's is MY plumbing company from now on.
