The plumber came on time, got everything done perfectly and at the end of it, they gave me credit for the money left on the Angie's List deal. I had bought $200 of plumbing for $100.

Before getting started, I was told it would take about 2 hours. All in all, it took 4 hours, which significantly increased the cost from what I was expecting. However, the work was done very well and I am please with the result.

Scott is a quick and competent plumber. He fixed the kitchen leak so quickly that I asked him to check out a toilet that didn't work properly. A year ago I had a plumber out (different company) to fix it and after an hour he said he couldn't help me. But did charge almost $150. Scott lifted the tank lid and immediately diagnosed the problem as a defective flush valve, which the company had recalled years ago. I asked him to fix another toilet and a short time later that was done. Really fast work.

The services I got from Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating Inc. were fine. The guy who did the trap replacement knew what he was doing.

Impressive job!! I expected to have to tear into our finished basement. Nope, didn't happen. It was slick, cut the pipe at source, slide it out, slide the new copper pipe into place, install new inside shutoffs and installed new faucets on the outside. Ready to go. Have used Bill Smith Plumbing twice now. Our last plumber retired so we have now have a company which we can trust. It was a full morning job and they were able to complete our request for doing both faucets although only one was scheduled. Cleanup was great.

It turned out good. It was pretty expensive in the end but it was good. I don't think they really gave me $100 worth of plumbing, I don't really know if it cost that much. The whole thing ended up costing over $400. It was very expensive. They had to come out twice, I had them come out once and I had bought the coupon. He was there several hours and I had to buy a new faucet and he has to come back and that was another $250 to install the faucet which I don't think should have been that much. I don't really have time to deal with it and figure it out, it just seem a lot of money. I needed it fixed, it was majorly having a lot of problems, drips and leaks but they did fix it. There's no problem with the work, it just seem very expensive. I think they did a good work. After they came out the first time, it took me three weeks later for them to come out.

They just finished up last week. I think we ended up paying $800. They were excellent! Scott was the plumber who came out and he treated us well. He was courteous and professional. It had to be done in two trips and we asked him specifically to come back. We provided the parts and they just did the labor to install the faucets and stuff. The price was expensive. The quality has been good so far; it's only been a week. The stuff that's been there for a couple of weeks work just fine.

Technician was very thorough and conscientious. Located the leak and did additional testing to determine if that was the only leak. Replaced a part to fix leak and thoroughly tested the work to make sure it was fixed.

appointment was made on same day as my call, and he showed up on time. Work was done promptly, neatly, but he wouldn't change out valves on my washing machine or look at the main water shut off for the house, work I inquired about from this worker while he was there fixing the leaking toilet. Said I'd have to make another appointment. Said someone from Bill Smith would call me to make this appointment in the next day or so and that if I made the appointment in the next 30 days they'd waive the $50 service call for this next call. I won't use Billl Smith again for this underhanded way of trying to get more money out of you. However since i used Angies list to get $200 worth of work done, and this job cost $150, I have a credit that will cover just the service call. Then I won't use them again. Too expensive.

Did a great job, it's just that the appt was for 1pm til 3pm and he showed up at 8:30. Had to rearrange my schedule..

He showed up on time, replaced the exterior faucet, and explained the warranty process.

Don did a very good job and kept me informed of his progress and intentions throughout the repair. He was mindful of our tub area and kept it clean. He also gave me good advice on the repair. Don was friendly, courteous, and professional. I will use Bill Smith Plumming again and recommend his services.

As always, Bill Smith Plumbing did a great job. The estimator provided great advice on where to locate the backflow valve and where to cut into the water supply. The quote was provided quickly and was easily scheduled to meet our time frame for the project. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They discussed the work with us before getting started and completed the installation in a timely manner. After the work was completed, they walked us through what was done and answered our questions. The area was cleaned up when the work was complete.

Work went well.I supplied all of the parts and Bill Smith Plumbing representatives performed plumbing services, including installations and diagnosis. A significant benefit was that the "pull - out " kitchen sink faucet needed a special part and the plumber assisted me in obtaining a replacement part under warranty as together from my home we spoke to the manufacturer. Quality of work was very good.

It was a wet, snowy day and he repeatedly walked on hardwood floor with his wet boots. He was non-communicative and in my opinion, rude. When he was done, he presented the bill for $368+. I was shocked but took the blame myself for not asking enough questions. Later, I received a letter from Bill Smith Plumbing saying the warranty wouldn't be valid unless I had a pressure relief valve installed (estimated cost of $250 to $350). He made no mention of that while he was in my home. Bathroom is rarely used -- perhaps toilet was flushed 10 times in two months. Then it began to leak again, from the same place with the same volume. Very frustrated and am currently looking for a reliable plumber.

I believe I was given a realistic quote and will move ahead with this plumber if I do the work.

They showed up as scheduled and gave me notice prior to showing up. They were professional and did the work agreed to in a reasonable amount of time.

Repairman arrived earlier than expected so that was a plus. He was efficient and explained everything he was doing. He repaired everything in a very timely and courteous manner. I would definitely use them again. They were also courteous and responsive on the phone when making appointment.
