Dave, the Service Tech was excellent very helpful, fast neat and work was great quality. Dennis the owner on the front end was personable and very accommodating but when questioned why the final invoice was $10K and the bid was $6K he became irate, condescending, obstinate, pushy and insulting. Claimed he had done work that he had not, wanted to charge me another $150.00 to do a walk thru to point out to me what he had done. Refused to even discuss with me in a rational tone the invoicing all he wanted to do was fight claiming "he dealt with people like me everyday". Not sure what that meant but all I could think was if you were honest in your billing practice maybe that would not be a problem for you. Although he behaved in a dishonest fashion it is difficult for me to say if Dennis is dishonest or just poorly informed about his operations either way he lacks the emotional maturity to discuss issues in a rational manor. He is the only one of the seven trades on this project that behaved that way. His behavior turned what could have been a glowing review into a red flag warning to all that consider using him in the future.
