The owner of Acousitcal Home Solutions helped us upgrade our existing home theatre system. He helped us by choosing quality components that were within our budget. We were so pleased with the installation and the service we received. We are giving this company our highest rating. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for exceptional service.

It was a wonderful experience; I would give them 5 stars. The price was absolute surprise. I told him I could spend up to $2000 and he insisted it wouldn't cost that much and then after spending 4 hours at the house it was only $1366.00!

This poor guy - he had written down the wrong date. I called him earlier that day to confirm, and he called back saying he didn't have me on the calendar. After talking a bit, he realized he had just written down the wrong date. His day was all planned out, but he rearranged his schedule, and he and his wife came out and spent several hours hooking everything up. Thank you thank you thank you!

Greg and company were great! He was very responsive when I asked for a quote and was able to schedule him to come during my time frame. We worked back and forth and he provided me with a sound system that fit my needs, didn't feel like he tried to sell me something more than I needed. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Made sure I had exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Greg was prompt in retuning our call and in giving us an estimate for the work. He worked with us on what we wanted to have, using our stereo equipment, instead of trying to sell us things we didn't need. He was very efficient in stalling and having everything working well. WOW, after being here in Colorado only a short few months and having experienced service providers never calling back, our experience with Greg and his company has been a breath of fresh air- absolutely fabulous. My husband and I gave him an overview of what we wanted. Greg directed us with his ideas. In some cases we need more updated components. Greg was great in giving us pricing options. He's never "pushy" in upgrading you, he lets you make the decision best for your needs and price range. In fact we had an idea of costs based on our previous home in Arizona and Greg was close to what we had in mind. The only reason is was a few dollars more was we choose a more robust receiver. Greg even reminded us of our Angie's List discount. We had forgotten about that, since we so excited w called us back and was so professional. Due to our positive experience we have asked Greg to complete our downstairs project, which encompasses mush of the same needs as the upstairs.

The work went well. They showed up at the time we have previously set up. They were very careful in the house and worked in a "clean" environment. In other words, they were real careful and kept my floor and furniture clean. They were very knowledgeable on how to hook things up and left me with an AV system that works well, sounds good and universal remote that enables me to get rid of 4 other remotes. I would refer them without any hesitation.

Greg and his wife showed up promptly at the agreed upn time (imagine!). I have used them before for home theatre related projects and they are always knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Our old DVR did not match up with the input/output requirements of the new TV so Greg had to do a "work around", whcih he did and it worked. We also bought from him a new Blue Ray DVD player which makes our system that much better. While he was working on the main project his wife helped me resolve a sound problem with another TV. Together they worked several hours but the orginally quoted price held. As an added benefit , Greg wired things so that there is little change to the way we operate all systems with the various remotes. Made my wife happy. I will certainly use Greg again when the need arises.

Excellent - Greg & his wife were early (Best way to be on time!) and went right to work. They measured, fit, reviewed the items, measured and "fit for viewing" the LCD TV - installed and mounted the sound bar, and re-cabled the DVD, VCR, and made sure all connections functioned as requested (I can even record DVD & Cable thru my VCR again!!) I definitely will bring them out again - as soon as I get a system for my Family room!

Greg met with me initially for a little over an hour to review what I wanted to have done. I explained that this was to be a family home theater set up and I wanted it to look great and sound great and to have a nice family cozy feeling. We talked about how best to hide the speaker wires, especially for the back speakers and decided on using the baseboard to hide them and to use speaker stands to place the back speakers. Greg spent a lot of time listening and asking questions. It was clear he had done a lot of installations. I had bought all the components, so this was an installation only for Greg, but he still took a lot of care ensuring that he understood what I wanted. He sent over the Invoice estimate later that evening and before he left we had a time and day to begin the install. Greg arrived at the time he indicated he would and got started right away. I was working from home that day, so checked in frequently. Greg was very methodical in his install and definitely took his time ensuring everything was set up to look and sound great. Overall, it was about 6 hours to finish and I couldn't be happier. We had friends over that very evening to watch IceAge 3D with our kids and we were all blown away with how everything looked and sounded. Since then, we've watched several movies, music videos, played Xbox and PS3 games, and watched TV. The sound is amazing and the placement of all of the components looks professional. I had a question for Greg on the sound system after the install, and he called back that same day with several tips, which were very helpful. Greg is a true professional, is pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home theater installation.

Overall, things went very well. Integration into our system went well, and I was pleasantly surprised because I could not figure out how to connect everything since some of our equipment is pretty old. The Universal Remote was a little more tricky than I thought it would be to learn how to use. However, the company respondes essentially immediately to email questions and actually came out to give us a lesson at no extra charge. Also, the company was very reasonabli in terms of components they recommended.

Kyle is just FANTASTIC! I think this company is TOP-NOTCH!! Services are spendy but SOOO worth it!

Greg was prompt in responding to all inquiries and providing an estimate. He was on time and performed the services requested in line with the estimate provided. Greg did a great job with unexpected impediments to getting the TV and speakers installed.

The job was done in one day, Greg and his crew showed up on time and took great care to ensure a good, clean finished job.

Hav eused Greg's business before and when it came time to install flat panel TV, I called hiom. He explained process and proicong and we set a date. His install man was propmt, couteous and professional. We had some wiring issues and he offered several solutions. Work went smoothly and quickly. We are very happy with results
