+ -1 moreI described the project to Mr. Willis, the President, and he gave me an estimate for the job. When he arrived and we opened the box of the new swamp cooler we had a few surprises. Still, Mr. Willis rolled with the punches and made the necessary adjustments without any complaints. Here are some of the adjustments he had to make: there was a dent in the swamp cooler that he graciously offered to fix for me (he didn't have to do this); the old hole in my wall where the swamp cooler inserts into the house was too large for the new swamp cooler even though the new swamp cooler was much larger (4800 CFM) than the old one; and the motor I had was given to me by my neighbor and didn t have all the necessary parts. Mr. Willis did a great job and although he did a lot more work than anticipated, he didn't like changing the estimate he gave me, but I did. I would not hesitate using him again for any of my home heating and cooling needs.
Description of Work: I had Willis Heating and A/C put in a new side draft swamp cooler and remove the old swamp cooler I had.
