They did a great job.

They were reasonably priced, so chose to use their services. They completed the work very fast. The only negative aspect was, that, I wanted the colors to be matched with the existing walls, but, the same couldn?t be done. They cleaned the place after completing the job. They were punctual, conscientious, they ensured to protect the landscaping and my new windows. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They were very professional and thorough. Unfortunately their price for the same paint with two coats was about 1/3 higher than another company. Both were lead certified.

The crew did the preparation work and painting in 1-1/2 days, then came back on the 3rd day to work on the deck and finish cleaning up.

I have mixed opinion about them. The person who gave us the quote was not very knowledgeable so we had a number of surprises. In the course of the job there were certain things which he had promised would be included and when the crew showed up they did not do all that. They actually had some good reviews on Angie?s list. I think they are growing too fast and are hiring people who aren?t experienced much. They did not do a good job in scraping off the old paint so when they finished the job we still had some rough finishes. We thought that it did not look professional. They told us that this was standard for a house of this age. We had a couple of conversations with the owner, and he was willing to touch up few parts. However, the overall paint job was not what we expected it to be. The owner did what they could to make things right but the bottom line is, if we had known that the work was going to be extra for example to scrape all the way down the old layers of paint to get a smooth finish, we would have gone with another firm. They did a bad job of setting expectations and not meeting them. There are certain things that I would think are given with a professional paint job, and we found in between that they did not consider standard. Couple of times they showed up late as well without any notifications. The actual quote they gave me was much lower than what we ended up paying.

They did a good job and good prep work. They made sure to wslk through the end to make sure everything was done well.

I think they did a good job. The quality of the work was very good. It looked good afterwards. They showed up on time and did what they said they would.

The bid was competitive, but we didn't chose them because another company was able to get to the job faster. The girl that came out answered all of our questions. They had a good rating with the BBB, the other company was just slightly higher in rating. They were only about $50 difference in price, the ultimate deciding factor was just timing. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. A couple of concerns with the crew, but my project manager addressed the issues (or he said he would) with them, like letting themselves into my garage to open my door without my knowledge.... Left some paint on the grass, from them walking, but it will grow out, so no big deal. They do not expect a dime until I am completely satisfied with the job, and I like that. I also like the warranty that they give with the service. I would definitely consider hiring them in the future. They are thorough with details, and all of my concerns.

We needed our house painted and obviously had several contractors to choose from. I did some research and interviewed three via phone and then met with two face to face in our home. Vivax was one of the two and came out on top for several reasons. Percieved honesty, no-pressure sales, knowledge of paint and process, ans a simple guarantee (if there's something wrong we'll fix it, no hidden exceptions). From that first excellent meeting to the end of the project EVERY expectation/committment was met 100% of the time. It's 10 months later and I still can't say enough good things about every one on the team as well as Vivax in total. I also managed the painting process of our neighbor's house (they live in AZ). The same excellent service and support was apparent from day one to end of job. I don't know where you would go to find a better painting contractor. Also, ask about the tri color option... the neighbors still compliment us on the overall appearance.

They were very fast and efficient, daily clean up could have been a little better, but we all know how May weather can be in Colorado and it could have been the wind. I had them remove big wood log thingys that were starting to fall off and they are very heavy, they had to come back to re-do where they were, but they did and it looks good and they took the logs to the trash for me, and that was great of them. All n All, I would hire them again. Very easy to work with and they respond quickly. Zach, one of their managers that worked with us is great to work with, and his crew as well.

This was the case of the outcome exceeding my high expectations...not once, but twice! VivaxPro painted the interior of our home in the spring of 2009...and because I was so enthusiastic with the outcome, I contracted to have them refinish our large redwood deck late in the summer. Both times...great outcomes, outstanding ongoing quality control during the jobs, and attention to detail (you know what a pain the mess and timing can be with many labor jobs). I'm a stickler for quality control and customer satisfaction as a business owner. There were no unpleasant surprises and they met the competitive and fair bid they gave us. Vivax, Logan, Jeremiah and his team were The BEST! On top of that, they made a surprise $100 donation to a charity dear to me following the completed job, KidsMobility.com (kids' reconditioned wheelchairs for families in need). I rarely give a 4 star rating, or in other words, an A+. VivaxPro earned all 5 stars. I've recommended Vivax to our neighbors and friends. These guys are the real deal in painting and deck work. I?ve owned several homes over the years and they exceeded all my expectations. M Nelson PS Bev and our boys really like the interior colors, and our friends have stated our home looks fantastic. We've even contracted to have Vivax keep our deck looking like new in the future, with a very fair price for maintenance every 18 months. The deck (redwood) looks better than any new deck I've seen in Colorado, and it's refinished. That's quite a feat in the Colorado climate.

Everything started out great. They promptly replied to my request for an estimate. The project manager, Ross Beam, showed up on time and answered all my questions. The estimate was reasonable. I was ready to schedule a date for them to start. I had a few remaining questions for Ross so I left voicemail on his cell phone. He didn't call back. I called the office and left a message there. Ross didn't call back. I called the office one more time to see if possibly he was on vacation or out sick and maybe that's why he wasn't returning my calls. The receptionist said she had given him my original message and would leave him another. Ross still didn't call back so I'm done with Vivax.

I liked everything about them and they did an outstanding job. They were very accommodating and adjusted their schedule. They pretty much cleaned up after themselves.
