After running into problems with our General Contractor, Matt came and finished our installation himself in order to minimize ongoing issues. His calm and expertise were so helpful and the workmanship is wonderful. I would hire this company again.
Description of Work: We contracted with Ultimate Heating to reduce the air supply duct in the ceiling of a new basement bathroom, add combustion box and outside venting, new dryer venting, installation of a fan and moving our flue over.

 + 0 moreOur water heater failed on a Sunday. Lloyd came the next day and provided an estimate and they were able to install the unit the next day. We noticed one of our bathroom faucets was leaking after they completed the job. We informed them, they took ownership of the problem and personally arranged for their plumber to fix it. I offered to pay for the cost of parts required, but they did not charge me any extra. I've dealt with several contractors since purchasing our home, their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly make Ultimate stand head and shoulders above the rest!
