 + -1 moreIt when great from start to finish. I know he responds well to after hour emergencies and he's usually quite responsive. We did have to wait a bit but he just hired another plumber, and I think this will alleviate any lag time on service. Also, the only reason I didn't give him an 'A' in two fields is he is my neighbor and I guess he felt that I would be more open to 'waiting' while he took emergency calls. I'm not known for my patience so it's probably more my own perception of when I say jump...lol. In any case, he is a great plumber, makes realistic job quotes, and I'd highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Rick came by as I had wanted a new commode in my bathroom. The problem was that I had asked for a low flow and my husband had purchased and installed what looked like a child's toilet. It was very low to the ground. I told Rick of the Water Firm what I was i interested in. I wanted a low flow toilet on a higher base with enough water inside to keep everything flowing correctly.He knew exactly what I needed and came in and quickly installed the perfect commode for me. He was very professional, cleaned up totally after himself, and charged a very realistic price, as I recall. I would definitely hire him again. Although he is just starting his own business, he has all of the proper credentials, and quite a following already.
