We had a coupon. Originally, Mark Cozart said he would honor it however he later said we didn't spend enough money. This was not stipulated on the coupon. He eventually gave us a slight discount. When they came to install the countertop, my husband told him we had brand new top of the line appliances installed the week before. My husband suggested they may want to pull the refrigerater out of the way. They did not pull out the frig and scratched my brand new refrigerater. Mark said he would take care of getting the door replaced. For almost a year, we called him and asked when he was going to "take care" of getting our frig door replaced so we could finalize our payment to him. He lied to us and said GE would not sell him the part because he didn't have an account with them. Eventually, we had the door replaced ourselves and had to miss work while the door was installed. The repairman said Mark could have easily gotten a door. We deducted the price of the door from our balance due and tried to get Mark to sign off on it. We repeatedly sent him notices to finalize our transaction. Mark's wife came and picked up the final payment July 8th, 2011.

The facts the customer is using are not completely true. When she originally called me the coupon was already expired and did clearly have an up to amount. I certainly can not give discounts greater than the cost of service. While the tops were being installed I noticed a scratch on the refrigerator. I immediately tried to repair the scratch and when this did not work called from the house for a replacement. The amount was deducted from my account and I did not think about it for some time. I also never received mail from the customer's even after they said they had sent final payment. Hence the necessity to pick up payment in person. My number 1 goal is to provide the best value available to my customers. This means high quality at a fair price. Nearly all of my business is from referral proving that this one job is not representative of my clients experiences. You should notice the A grade in the quality of work
