DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. This was the most expensive and worst service I?ve ever experienced. My wife called before the move to ask Tim (the owner) the truck size?he was rude and evasive, saying only ?it?s a three-bedroom truck.? We were worried it wouldn?t be big enough?and it wasn?t. They arrived late and moved extremely slowly. Tim was condescending to his worker, who eventually quit mid-job, yelling and arguing in front of our apartment. The apartment management threatened to call the police. Tim admitted his last worker also quit and was dropped off on the side of the highway. He wasn?t apologetic and said I?d have to unload the truck with him in exchange for $120 off and a future discount. At closeout, he denied the discount and became aggressive, yelling in front of my wife and 5-month-old. Completely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

He did 2 moving projects for me. Was on time, moved everything with no problems on both days and I will recommend him (Tim-owner) and Nick to everyone I know. They did a great job at a very reasonable price!!!

Tim and his team were prompt, friendly, and very careful with our stuff. Have used them twice and wouldn?t hesitate to hire them again.

This was a terrible experience. They (the owner and his helper that he hired from sober living) were exceptionally slow and disorganized. His helper was clueless. I had less than a one bedroom worth of stuff and it took them FOREVER, laughably slow. Over 5 hours. At one point they claimed they needed to take apart my entire bed frame to get it through the doorway. Like, every screw and bolt. The owner was more interested in keeping his truck clean and spent excessive time folding blankets sweeping his truck at the end destination. At one point his helper came out of my house with ONE lamp in his hand. I had to pitch in just to keep things moving. My roommate asked about eta of finishing and to please stop folding blankets and the owner got incredibly defensive, picked a fight with her, and then yelled at me, and then asked ?is she your mom or something?? Incredibly rude, offensive, and completely unprofessional. This guy is awful. And he?ll take advantage of you.

Pro-Pack Moving is the best choice you can make for a stress-free move. Tim, the owner, is a doll and was available with almost no lead time. Not only was he an amazing mover he was very congenial and nice to have around which I can't say about most people during a very stressful life event. I was able to move quickly and efficiently with his help. I give Jim and pro pack movers my highest recommendation. You won't be sorry.

This is a horrible company. Tim texted me a week before my move to ask me if I could switch days because he would not be able to guarantee a crew because he himself was moving out of state. The owner is sleazy. Book with Legacy or Master Movers instead. Much better customer service...because they actually have customer service.
