Great project manager- did the job while I was out of state. High quality work and the project manager was very involved, very friendly and communicative, went out of her way to make a difficult project work (metallic painted ceilings… they look so cool!!!) I LOVE the results and will absolutely use them again next time!

I worked with Tom Carmichael and he was excellent. I had shingles blow off my roof in a recent windstorm and Tom was quick to come check out the damage, got me a quote the same day, and came out 2 days later to repair the roof. Iâ ve dealt with other companies in the past and they do not have this level of professionalism. I would highly recommend working with Tom at Kind Home Solutions!

Although this company's estimate was quite a bit higher than others I'd had, from the moment I spoke with Emily in their office, I knew I was hiring them! Every person with whom I conversed throughout the entire process was gracious, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my time. There are not sufficient superlatives in the English language to describe our project manager, Lindsay. She stayed with us every step of the way, answered any question no matter how small, and seemed to really care about whether we were satisfied. Our house was built in 1898 and, because of Denver regulations, required lead certified painters to do the exterior job. I had not realized how much additional work was involved in lead mitigation and appreciated all of their expertise and explanations. There were also some areas of the home that needed wood repair or patching. Lindsay sent Joseph, master carpenter, and he fixed everything, including some things that we hadn't even noticed as needing attention. Victor and his painting crew were all great and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend this company for any painting job based on their skill and ability, but, even more so, I would recommend this team based on their kindness and customer service. It is clear that this is a team that enjoys working together, whose members are supportive of one another, and who have found that rare combination of high quality and humanity that should be the hallmark of more companies. This crew gets 10 stars!

The estimator Danielle, the Project Manager Austin, and the painters Julio and Raffael and their team were exceptional. They painted my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room cabinets and all walls & ceilings on my first floor. The finished project looked amazing. They were very professional and completed the project on time. There was no mess or paint spatter or damage to any of my furniture. They gave me a great price. I would highly recommend Kind Home Solutions. I will be using them again.

Lindsay was our project manager. She was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. We had a hard time picking colors and she was understanding and helpful as we went through the process. Our house is a very old Victorian and was not easy to paint and Victor and his crew did an excellent job. Very highly recommended.

Kind Home Solutions did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our 50s-era house. Because of its lead paint, it required extra care, and they performed all the necessary environmental safeguards so that neither the residents nor animals were in danger. The siding looked almost brand new when they were done and the painted brick got a new lease on life. What a difference! All throughout the process the staff was not only professional but extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend them more highly.

From the start to the finish this company is on top of everything. The work was done as planned with great attention to detail and making sure everything was masked off to prevent any overspray. And with the help of the Color Coordinator our new kitchen and dining room look new and refreshed. I will use them going forward for any painting project I have in the future.

Very happy with the quality of work. And used top quality paint as well which was appreciated. Also super fast! I don't know how they were able to do such a good job in such a short time but they did!

They are very professional and friendly from the initial visit to get a quote thru doing the final walk thru for project sign off. Eric the PM was especially great and provided prompt communications throughout the project about status. The crew was always on time and very polite. They cleaned up after every day. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would hire them again when ready to stain the fence.

Fast efficient but somewhat messy. Alot of trash which they picked up but left some small amounts of rubbish in the yard and landscaping. Problems with trash blowing in the neighborhood.

My husband and I are happy to enthusiastically recommend Kind Home Solutions! A trusted neighbor referred me to them. I requested an online estimate for exterior painting, gutter replacement and wood rot repair on our Littleton mid-century modern. Katie called me within a half hour and arranged a same-day estimate with Ryota, Director of Construction Services. He prepared a digital estimate after careful examination of our home's exterior, then sat down to explain every aspect of it to us. We signed a contract on the spot, based on their clear and reasonable estimate, and were delighted to learn they could fit in our job within two weeks. In all facets of the project, each member of the Kind staff and painting crew was prompt, polite, professional, thoroughly explained each process in advance and answered our questions completely. Their work was performed very neatly, with complete clean-ups, accomplished on schedule, and we are very happy with the result. We would like to mention they also provided excellent follow-up. When we observed the gutter performance after the first rain, we noticed we needed another drain spout. They responded quickly to our request and installed it just a day or two later. It's working great -- the work was done efficiently and expertly -- and the problem has been resolved. We've already recommended Kind Home Solutions to a close-by neighbor who was impressed with the quality of the work and she has signed on for exterior painting. We can't recommend them highly enough! When we're ready for overdue interior painting, we will definitely use them.

Kind Home Solutions, LLC performed a major repainting of the exterior of my home. The job included some carpentry repairs, all new gutters, staining the deck, and exterior prep & painting. This was a lot of work. They consulted well on all aspects of the job. They communicated well during the job and they showed up when they said they would. Their work was of great quality.
