A little confusion over the arrival time changing the day of the service but otherwise they did a really good job. Three cleaners spent 1.75 hours which equals what I paid for. Will use again.

At first, scheduling was difficult. The system they use for scheduling is not the best. There system scheduled me originally with no notice, no phone call, on a bad day for me. The make up date they called to reschedule due to staffing delays. The second make up date a snow storm occurred but they showed up, four people, on time, through 8 inches of snow. I hired them again. On the rehire, again system scheduling issue with no notice of change of time, and another snow storm, but they showed, a few minutes late, staff of two, they worked very hard for over an hour, I was pleased.

Crew arrived nearly an hour and a half late without calling first. Did great work once they finally arrived.

They did a wonderful job. I will need to point out we have a basement to clean next time, but other than that, it was great.

It went great! They worked hard, and the results were outstanding. They even managed to get my bathtub spotless; I thought it was stained forever.

I used a special Angie's List Deal and used just the 3 labor/hours. Much more cleaning needed, so I have set up further services from Kep Klen.

They are always here on time and if she is running late or things need to change she calls or texts to let us know. This was my first experience with having someone come in and clean. It was amazing! They went above and beyond what I expected, and I had high expectations too. They even changed out my sons diaper genie, never expected that. I would recommend her to anyone looking for cleaning services. I've already given her number to several more friends.

This company has been cleaning my home and medical office for six years and they are fantastic. The importance of a clean medical office is huge in the medical industry because of the spread of germs. Patients have complimented me on the cleanliness of the office and that is a huge compliment to Rafaela and the Kep Klen team. When they clean my home once a week, they do a fantastic job. They polish all of furniture, clean all of the surfaces, clean all three bathrooms, and wash the bedding and towels. They have not missed a day in six years. This company has been cleaning my home and my office for almost six years. She shows up every week and has never missed an appointment. My husband has a medical office, and it's imperative that it is cleaned in an exceptional manner so that our patients do not come in contact with germs that could cause a decline in their health. Kep Klen has cleaned that office so well that we have received compliments from the patients regarding the cleanliness of our office. With regard to our home, Kep Klen always cleans it well above my expectations. I have four small dogs, so as you can imagine, there is a lot of dog hair and mess associated with my doggies. When I return to my home it as if we do not have any pets at all. I have a screen glass door that the dogs scratch daily when neighbors walk by. Rafaela and her team clean that door from top to bottom every week. That is an extra service that they provide to us. Without being asked they launder our bedsheets and towels every week. Finally, they are the most honest company I have ever dealt with. On one occasion I left a check here for payment and my husband left one at the office, and Rafaela returned the check to me and stated it was an overpayment. fI am proud of this company and their commitment to success and hard work. They are friendly and always a joy to be around. I would recommend Kep Klen to anyone for their home or business. You will not be dissatisfied, and the rates are very reasonable.
