Price seemed ok for work (plumbers are expensive) and work was performed quickly and professionally. I called them back several weeks later to install pit and sump pump after the Sept 9th floods for $1500.

We had to reschedule a couple of times but he was very good about calling. He arrived on time for the appointment, was friendly and completely professional . Would call this guy again in a heart beat!

It turned out extremely well. They took great pains to do the job correctly and pointed out to me what needed to be done. They took great care in keeping my house spick and span.

I needed plumbing services, saw the coupon and thought I could apply that to the future service that I need. Called the company and their rates were too high. Decided to cancel.

JD called me promptly when I left a message for him, set the date, showed up on time. Here's what my lovely renter had to say: "The plumber just left and they did an excellent job. Please give them an A+ rating as they were very courteous and professional. They came in, looked at the problem, did the work (informed me of every step they were doing) cleaned up after themselves and left the working area cleaner than they found it. This is pretty amazing since my renter is immaculate. JD suspected the pressure relief valve was the issue when I was calling plumbers for an estimate and possible issue. And then when he arrived, he called me to confirm his finding. Yes, he was one of the best contractors I've used. I just wish a little valve didn't cost $300. You do pay for what you get. Very pleased. Very knowledgeable.

I called him and he answered some questions. He gave me some advice and told me to check some and that let me fix the problem myself. Next time I need a plumber I will call JD.

I spoke with John when I was looking for a plumber to change my outside 1952 spigot. It had a slow drip. I called around, had different quotes. Everyone was in the same ball park. John was the first to respond to my call. He was very thorough in what the job would entail and what to expect. How the house was built, he explained and prepared me to the fact an 8X8 in square opening had to be made from inside the house. Welding had to be done. No screwing in the spigot and using plumber's tape. So glad he explained it. He along w/the reputable plumbers had the same job explanation. John along with Jared called before arriving on time. The job was done in less than two hours, as expected. No surprises or additianl costs. Yeah! I will be using JD's in the future.

That went well. They did a great job. They were very thorough.

That was great. They were very responsive, timely, very honest; they didn't turn out to be a problem and I didn't get charged. It was very nice.

John has been out twice to replace faucets and fix a shower control knob. Parts needed to be ordered so that is why he had a return visit. He provides exceptional service. When taking a look at my water heater, he noticed a small leak and took care of that issue. I have had other plumbers out to fix the shower control temp knob with no success and a big bill. John made several trips to get the correct parts. He spent a lot of time figuring out the issue and was successful. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

They did a great job! Had pricing information available at the time of my call, so I knew what to expect before any work began. I had an emergency and needed service the same day - they delivered! I'll use them again in the future.

They were great. The hot water wasn't running into the tub, and the shower, and I had some other tub work done there, and the person who had put the fixtures had messed it up. The guy for JD's went there and fixed the problem. My tenant was very happy.

John, the owner, called on date of appointment to tell us he would be here within 30 minutes and he arrived right on time! This appointment was his first available when we called three weeks ago and after we were around him a while, we know why....he is so great and it is no wonder he is booked that far in advance. We will always use him for any plumbing issues or remodel we have in the future. Because the plumbing was so old, he made a trip to pick up just the exact fittings it required. Back on the job in record time and replaced the bad cold line as well as the hot line. New knobs on hot and cold and shower works great!!. We HIGHLY recommend JD Plumbing to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work. Very professional, thorough, pleasant, neat (had covers for shoes worn) and nice to have in our home!

Great. John called ahead to let us know what time they would arrive. Arrived within agreed upon time. We just moved in the house and although the house is 10 years old, none of the water shut-offs were marked, so he marked all of those for us. Took care of all the sprinkler winterization stuff for us. He noted a crack in a valve and we look forward to having him back in the spring to turn the sprinklers on and repair the valve for us.

John was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only was his bid about $1000 less than two other plumbers, he does quality work and went way above and beyond just the job for us. We are acting as our own contractors for the kitchen remodel and have pulled all of our own permits. Part of adding a new gas line is completing a gas plan and submitting it to the city. It is a fairly complicated drawing that requires measuring BTU's of all gas appliances, all pipe sizes, types and lengths, meter water column size and a host of other measurements. We simply had no idea how to complete such a plan so we called John. He gladly came over after he had already completed our work, took the time to measure everything and do the calculations and drew the gas plan for us. It passed with the city without any corrections needed or questions asked. When we offered to pay John for his time for creating the gas plan, he declined. But he did tell us to make sure to email him to let him know how it went. It has been our experience that he cares about more than just having work. John cares about you the customer and you the person. I will never call another plumber for any work I need. I trust that he will not only do great work, but that he will be fair, honest and look out for my best interests. Hire him. You will not be sorry.

This is a pump to bring hot water to a faucet more quickly. Easy installation, about 45 minutes. John did a neat job in a logical, no nonsense manner. He has a one man operation ,but is professional in every way. JH

How'd it go? ? "Smooth as a gravy sandwich," as might be said in Australia. I've had less-than-satisfactory experiences with two other (much larger, high-visibility) plumbing firms. John's 2-man operation is a great alternative choice over those. He is expert, conscientious, punctual, reasonably priced, and affable, as well. He made two trips to my location (with no appearance fees or extra charges) when only one should have been necessary, but there was a fit problem with the originally ordered materiel (not his fault), and he was extraordinarily patient with that. JD's is easily the best plumbing service I've dealt with since leaving a pretty decent one behind in Oklahoma over 13 years ago.

EVERYTHING done very professionally ... from the initial phone conversation to the actual work that was done. They arrived on time ... surveyed the problems ... explained the issues ... gave an estimate ... completed the work quickly ... cleaned up and left. The experience was exceptional ... the problems were repaired and the techs professional and friendly. I will DEFINITELY use their services again ... and again! Thanks, John!!!

John is professional, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He always does things start to finish, he doesn't cut corners and he's very transparent about the work he's doing and what the charges are for (we have used JDs in the past). He always answers his phone and if he misses your call he calls right back. It's possible that there are less expensive plumbers out there, but it's one of those services where you get what you pay for, and you'll definitely see the value in the work he does. He also takes a lot of pride in his work and stands behind it, which is reassuring. We will definitely call JD's Plumbing again.

John was a pleasure to talk to on the phone. He answered all of my questions and was never irritated while offering lengthy explanations. He offered an estimate over the phone. My wife was at the house to meet him, as he arrived on time. He performed the work quickly and stuck to the quoted estimate (even though he unexpectedly had to install a three feet length of copper pipe). My wife had several questions for him about unrelated plumbing issues in the house and he took the time to answer each question thoughtfully. He even came back to the house when my wife called him asking why a faucet was making noise after his work. He fixed the issue and did not ask for any additional charges. Great work!

Things went really well. They were very timely, I needed it done right away and they were able to do that. They were very trustworthy and timely.

From the first call I could tell that John was a professional. I called John just before summer at his busiest time and he was honest about when he could fit the job in. He also gave me advice to see if we could fix the problem over the phone to save us money and him time. It turns out that he needed to come out and replace a gasket. He showed me the damage on the old gasket which put my mind at ease that it wasn't being replace for the sake of it.

He was friendly professional and helpful. Finished job promptly and we have had no problems :)

John was awesome! He took the time to explain everything he did. He talked with us about a number of issues we were having in our house and did not appear rushed or in a hurry to move on to his next job until we were completely satisfied with all of the issues we wanted to ask him about. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He helped us move an old crib from the attic that had been left by the previous home owners. He gave us up front pricing for the work he would do over the phone and the prices he charged us were exactly what he quoted over the phone. We plan to use JD for all our future plumbing needs and will refer him to our friends and family.

It took a few days for the provider to return my call/email regarding our problem; however, it was not a serious issue so I was okay with the wait. After hearing from him we were able to schedule a time that worked well for both of us. He was very professional and solved the issue quickly. I would use JD Plumbing again.
