I thought they did real well for what they had to work with. I was very happy with the work they preformed. They explained many things for preventative care. I will be using them in the future for other plumbing work. They completed the work around 2 hours from arrival.

two men arrived at my house, checked my disposal for blockage, found two bent up corn forks and part of a corn cob in the disposal. Hmmm. I think someone who didn't know at the moment did this. then they gave me a tool to help me clear the disposal if this should happen again. These people were prompt, accurate in their analysis and worked quickly to do their job. They were professional and pleasant to work with. Will I call them again? You bet!

John and John arrived early, and communicated they were on their way. Their first order of business was to put covers on their shoes, which I really appreciated. The assessment included filling the kitchen sink with water and letting the water drain. That's how he figured out the drain was blocked. He brought in the snaking machine and real took a lot of time sending the snake out and bring it back in, to make sure the pipe was cleaned out as best it could be. At one point he attached a small length of hose to the hot water heater, put the hose down the drain and shot water into the pipe.The force of the water pushed the running hose out of the pipe spraying water around the room. The floor got wet, and some vertical areas, but it was pretty funny when it happened. John and John cleaned up the wet stuff. We talked about using Bio-Clean, a product he told me about when he was here a year ago. I had purchased some a year ago and used it a couple times, but found out I was doing it wrong. John instructed me how to use it, and used on a regular basis, I shouldn't have this problem again. He installed a topper to the drain pipe, and tested it to make sure it was working properly. He also gave me an estimate to realign the pipe under the house. That's a much bigger project, and something that can wait a couple years, but I felt the price was very fair. For now, the drain cleaning and the drain topper were $135. (senior discount!) and we should be good for a while. I so appreciated the promptness and thoroughness of the work.

Owner was responsive by phone immediately (with 24 hours) though not so responsive by e-mail. He was able to respond within a few weeks (much better than other providers I contacted). They gave me a time window that worked with my schedule. Bill, the rep who did the work, was running a little late that morning but called ahead to let me know. Despite that, he got to work promptly and got the job done well within the time window. The work was well done, and Bill gave me some tips on avoiding the same problem in the future when I shut down for the fall. He aso gave me some information on general plumbing maintenance. I was overall very pleased, and would definitely use this provider for other plumbing needs in the future.

I had already purchased a replacement part and John was happy to use mine, but I got the wrong size. Before any work was done, he told me what my options were and how he would go about doing it. I ended up getting the right sized part, once he cut out the bad faucet, so I knew I had the right size. He compared the cost of me going out to the store to his price, and saved me about $50, which is great in my book. He was done in about an hour, even with me going out to the store. His work is great and turns out he used to work for the big plumbing service we have always used, but happy to pay a little less and still get quality service. Plus, he came out on July 4th - the beauty of America!

I can't say enough good things about JD's and Bill particularly. Having had a horrible experience with another company, I was very nervous when Bill came out to look at my swamp cooler. But they got me right on the schedule, he showed up on time and had my cooler working correctly in a very short time. And the price was great. A week later I had a leak from my bathtub. I called to see if they could come out and just give me an estimate. They had Bill come out that same day and he ended up fixing the leak right on the spot. Again, price was great. I'm so happy I have a responsive, competent and trustworthy company to call for all my plumbing needs!!

I received a call that Bill was on his way. When he arrived I explained my concerns about a possible leak and other issues that I wanted to resolve. Bill assessed the situation and put my concerns at ease. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Bill was very friendly and courteous.

Awesome job. Bill was efficient and professional. The price was totally reasonable. I was an idiot and forgot to drain and disconnect one of my spigots last fall. It froze and cracked over the winter. Bill knew right away what the issue was and was done in less than an hour. He had to cut a hole in the basement ceiling to access the pipe and his drywall cut was perfect. I highly recommend these guys and I will use them again for any plumbing issues.

It went really well. They checked everything and answered all my questions. They were running late, they called to let me know. I was worried that there was some clogs in the main line and they determined that it wasn't and that it was just my individual toilet was just old. Instead of saying I needed all new toilet they just fixed the part on the toilet that was broken. They could have told me I needed all new stuff and he didn't which I really appreciated.

It went fine. Everything worked out great. He was on time. I don't have any complaints at all. I was very satisfied with the work. That worked out fine. He did nothing out of the ordinary as far as installing a faucet other than the fact that he knows how to do it and I don't. I would recommend him highly. The pricing seemed a little high to me but not making any comparisons, it might be unfair to say that.

They were very professional and they did a good job. They came when they said they would. They were punctual and scheduling was very easy. One technician was out doing the work and he cleaned up well after himself.

This turned out incredibly well. He replaced the pipes that connected the kitchen, bathroom, and sewer line. He did great a job and was able to complete this in about 4 hours. He was quick, on time, and he was under budget. If I have to use a plumber, he would be the one I'd call.

We found this company on Angie’s List. We bought an Angie’s List coupon so the prices were reasonable. They did a good job and we called them back out to do the winter blow out.

That was great and he was very responsible. He was courteous and knew what he was doing. Everything was professional and perfect. I highly recommend them. He knew exactly what the problem was that we were having. It was a great price and we were happy. I would use him again.

It went great, they did way more than what I was expecting. He was very informative. It was expensive and it was good that I had purchased the big deal. The hot water valve was leaking under the bathroom sink and fixed that. He did discover a leak on the sprinkler system, I had someone else fix that. It was one guy. He was very informative and he did not charge me for checking the sprinkler system. I had a pleasant experience, he did a good job and I would recommend him. His company charges a flat rate for each job, whether they are fast or slow. He was fast, I like the new valves that he put in and I have not had any problems since. He was here with in an hour of me calling. I would probably use him again.

John did a great job (as always). Very thorough and neat. I had picked up a used bath sink at one of the Habitat for Humanity store fronts. John did a professional job installing and special fitting the sink. I'm very pleased with his work.

He showed up on time and did what was expected

This was John's second visit to our house for a repair. He's always on time, always thorough, always able to figure out what's wrong, always fair in his pricing and always leaves the area where he's worked cleaner than he found it. He also always gives Angie's list members a discount. In order to find the leak it was necessary for John to remove a light fixture from our kitchen ceiling so he could see exactly where the leak was coming from. After diagnosing the problem (a faulty plastic tub spout) he replaced the plastic unit with a brass one, sealed the area, replaced the light fixture and gave recommendations for keeping our pipes and drains clean in the future.

JD's was excellent and we would definitely call them again. John and Jared were able to come out timely, were punctual and ended up staying much longer than I imagine they expected. We had scheduled them to unclog a toilet only but they ended up staying to solve a number of problems for us, all very professionally. They were very respectful and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my house, even when I had to step out for a few minutes. I highly recommend them!

The day started out with my noticing that the hot water for doing the dishes wasn't getting hot like it usually does. I went down to check the hot water heater and found that the pilot light was out. After getting it started, the flame went out within in few moments.Tried again with the same results. Went on line to Angie's and found John's company, JD's Plumbing Service, with good reviews and located here in Northglenn. One call to John and he was all business, but in a very good natured way. And was very informative about the old water heater that we had, and what the possible senerios we were looking at to fix the problem. John even went so far as to call a supply house to see about parts to fix this old Whirlpool model. and even after talking to John about the issues, he could sense that I was still a little confused, out made an appointment to come out to see the problem himself. John was perfectly on time, and after some discussion with him, we decided to put in a new system. He had all the materials needed to complete the job, including the new hot water heater, and within 2 hours we had a new hot water heater. And we never felt pushed to make the decision that we made. We found John to be very professional, very social, and did a h*** of a job after completion showing us the workings of the system. We would recommend John to anyone that has a hot water heater issue, and even though we didn't have any other plumbing issues, would feel comfortable asking him to address those issues as well.

John responded to my original email within 2 hours and was able to fit in an appointment the next day. After evaluating the area involved, John took the time to explain to me how sump pumps work, what happened to mine, pointed out the condition of the current sump pump (we just moved into the house), etc. I was impressed by John's professionalism, ability to replace the pump quickly, and keeping me posted. I would recommend JD's Plumbing.

JD's is by far the best plumber with which I have ever worked. Prompt, efficient, quality service and very friendly. Explained the why's and what do do's to help me understand what was going on. I will be asking them to come back to help me with another issue soon. You can trust JD's 125%. P.S. -- Cost is reasonable, too!

John and his colleague were fantastic! I came home from work on a Friday evening to find that the pipes to my outdoor sprinkler system had broken after a major freeze. I was frantic and shutoff the water to the whole house and then hurriedly called as many plumbers as possible, not thinking that I was going to be able to find anyone. John answered right away and during that initial phone call he was extremely helpful in calming me down and helping me to find the correct shutoff valve so that my whole house didn't have to be without water. We then scheduled a meeting the following week for them to come out and fix the pipe. They were running a little late that day, but called to let me know and were very apologetic when they arrived. I showed them where I knew the break to be and they set to work. John was very thorough and actually inspected the entire length of the pipe and found a second break. He repaired that at no increase in cost to me. Both he and his partner were extremely professional and conscientious and they were finished in about 30 minutes. They walked me through everything before and after they completed the job. While I'm not happy that my pipes froze, I'm so thankful to have found a great, reliable plumber. I will definitely be using them in the future!
