They (Linnstar) wouldn't use a tool to turn off the gas, so they cancelled the installation. Very unprofessional.

Reasonably priced, products are available and consistently the same products, staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

They came out to give me the estimate on December 2006 and did the fence on January 2007. There was a big electrical sitting there and when he measured the fence, he messed up and had to box that out. So when the guys were setting the post, they had to add additional posts to it and said they had to call their boss. They came over to my house the next morning with another contractor and he wanted to charge me $500 to do the cut out because of that electrical box and I refused. It was at a standstill for about a week. I'm not paying $500 because it was there mistake. They needed to measure for it and they didn't do it. They finally relented and just did it. They subcontracted all their work and it was kids that did the fence. They used rusted nails and never used a single screw and nails come out very easily in windstorms. It was a terrible job. I will never use them again.

The Jackhammer worked as expected.  I thought $80 for 4 hours was excessive.

The overall experience was quick, easy and reasonably priced. They were very professional and friendly. I like that they helped me to load the truck with the materials I purchased.  I would use them again in the future.

I like it because it has a lot of different variety and there are a lot of friendly people there that are willing to help me.  They also have little classes that I can take if I am not sure of how to do something.  I really like the products there, I just purchased a whole bunch of lighting and put up a couple of them already and they are just absolutely fantastic.

They are fine.  I think the store is good.  You need to be careful about some stuff like hardwood flooring.  I go to that store all the time.

I went with them because of the convenience and the price, but I was not satisfied with their service. The salesman was evasive in the information. There was a problem with the original order not being submitted correctly. When the installation person showed up, he was late and unprepared. He didn't have all the supplies that he needed in his kit. The windows were fine, but the installation was less than satisfactory and unprofessional. I am not likely to contact the company again and I wouldn't recommend them to other people.

The only snag in the project was the estimate. The Home Depot employee estimated the SileStone materials to be $2841 and after the SileStone employee created a template for the counters, the final price was $1234 more! The installation dept. explained why the cost went up. A corner sink and backsplashes were not orginally estimated. My drawing had those two elements in it. So after shock wore off, I paid for the rest of the materials. Stone Systems of Colorado actually did the work: removal of old counters, disposer and sink; scheduling of template creation, counter removal, counter install and plumbing hook-up. These elements were handled professionally and everything went smoothly. The best surprise was how quickly it all happened. The counters/fixtures were removed, template created in the same day; 2 weeks to the day the new counters were installed and the plumbing hooked up. Except for the price snag, I have to give Home Depot credit for working with good contractors.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE GENTLEMAN WAS PRICEY ON MIXING THE COLOR AND WHEN IT TURNED OUT TO BE WRONG HE REMIXED THE PAINT COLOR ABOUT 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS CORRECT.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US A LARGE AMOUNT OF SAMPLES. THEY DID NOT PUSH US INTO A SALE. THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY GOOD. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED US WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE TO PLACE THE FANS AND THEN INSTALLED THEM. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AS WELL.

THE MAN THAT SHOWED UP WAS ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE FINISHED VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. HE DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THE CEILING FAN WORKS GREAT.

THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE MAN THEY WOULD SEND OUT TO DO THE REPAIRS WAS VERY GOOD. THEY COLOR MATCHED THE STAIN SO IT WOULD BE THE SAME. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME & DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
