Working with Forrest on buying our first home was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping locate and assess potential properties and his communication was excellent. Considering the inherent stress in purchasing a home, the difficult market for buyers in Denver, and the fact that we were doing this all from out of state, we had a lot stacked against us from the get go. Forrest was a tremendous help to my husband and I who were first time home buyers. The real estate market in the Denver metro area is quite tricky and very daunting for first time buyers but Forrest helped us each step of the way and made things simple and easy! From the first meeting in March, Forrest was incredibly helpful and very professional. He immediately set us up in MLS and we started reviewing houses shortly after. We probably went around looking at houses with Forrest for about a month. He was very responsive and flexible with our availability. When we finally found the house we wanted, there was no doubt that Forrest would act in our best interest and get us that house. By April, we were under contract and Forrest was crucial in the entire process of the inspection, appraisal and everything in between. Moved into the house a month later and we really could not have done it without him.

Forrest helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home. He was quick to respond and extremely helpful as we looked at homes. We didn't know where to start and Forrest was patient and very knowledgeable which helped ease our nerves. I was stunned at how quick he was able to get something setup and rearrange his schedule to accommodate mine. When an investment property came up for sale next to me, I contacted Forrest to setup a showing. Within 2 hours we were in the house and touring it! The house needed a lot of work, and Forrest was very knowledgeable on each aspect of the property. He was able to provide a lot of tips and great ideas. In the end, he recommended I no buy the property because of the work it required and it already being overpriced. I really appreciated his honesty and will be using him goign forward for any other opportunities that present themselves.
