It was awesome. Charles was honest, professional and very punctual. He made some suggestions for me and discovered the real issue with the fan. He even came back a second time and charged us the same rate even though he could have jacked the price up. He was going to replace a switch but the switch I needed in the wall was incorrect and didn't charge us to change it back. He was just a great person to work with.

The provider arrived promptly and went right to work. He was very courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. It was nice to have someone do work that was careful not to make a mess or damage anything in the process.
