Cocovela's Painting

I have a great looking house that Cocovela painted. I found them here at HomeAdvisor and was drawn to their high ratings. I got a bid from Cocovela plus another company here on HomeAdvisor and a third who a neighbor recommended. I think Cocovela was about 20 to 25% less than these other well regarded painters for a base quote. Now that the job is done I don't have any regrets and the house looks great. Doing the final walk through they touched up what I asked and everything was good. The only con is that the other painting companies offered up to 10 year warranties versus Cocovela's 2 year warranty and seemed more proactive in identifying and replacing rotten wood. However, my bid from Cocovela did include the replacement of some base wood and roof wood near gutters that was rotten and they included that. As with all contractors I would get the specifics on paper and Cocovela did that. They gave me a bid and didn't pester me with automated emails or calls (like 1 other companies) and their response was great. I would hire them again.

Juan Carlos is not only knowledgeable but patient and considerate. He helped with everything from patching walls to picking paint colors the crew is equally qualified and professional. They cleaned up as they went, protected our landscaping and the internal plants and artwork. Oh! Once I finally decided on painting they started that day. And under budget! Literally love them!

It can be stressful when choosing a company that you trust to paint your home. However, I felt very comfortable from the very beginning throughout to the end with final walk through. Carlo made me and my family feel very comfortable and his painters went above and beyond to make us feel happy with the quality of the job. Furthermore, Carlo was very reasonable with pricing and quoted under all competitors. We will definitely use Cocovela Painting again in the future and we are already discussing some indoor painting projects. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!!! 😃

Carlos was very prompt in showing up and giving me an estimate. . He followed through throughout the whole project. Checked on his workers,made sure everything was done, right. Joel, his wife & Luis worked here & did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend the company if you need interior or exterior work done, which they did both for me.

Carlo and his crew are really great! From the estimate to the final clean up,these painters were extremely professional, very hard working, meticulous in their work and efficient. We have hired other painters in our 45 years of being home owners, in several different cities and states. We have had none better and they are reasonable. They are also good people!!! You should be lucky to get on their schedule, if your house needs painting!

Had my home painted in July 2019. I don't post reviews immediately in order to actually see the quality of work done with time. 6 months later everything is great. These guys are awesome. Made sure everything was sealed and caulked. Worked with me on replacing a few pieces of siding. Very open about costs and time. Not looking to just take your money but instead willing to give you a quality job worth paying for. All the guys were super friendly, polite, professional and showed that they cared about their work. The final walk around was amazing, any little flaw we saw (literally tiny, like a drop here or small line there, a piece of tape ect.) was immediately fixed. everything was cleaned up and they left us with some paint as well just incase. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!

Today, Carlos sent his painter to do the touch ups that were missed. I would totally recommend his company. I messaged him about the missed spots and immediately he responded. Thank you for your professionalism. Carlos and his team were great. They did an outstanding job when it came to replacing the rotten wood on our siding. They also did a great job on the paint. Although at the end of the last day when doing touch ups Carlos painter I think got a little tired because he skipped the side of the fireplace where they missed painting it and there were a few slabs not painted. There were a couple of other places where he was suppose to touch up and did not. But other than that I have to say that they did a great job on our house and I would call them again. I guess to be fair if I called Carlos to let him know about the skipped places he would have came back and corrected them. I will be calling him to let him know soon because we just noticed these not done. I am hoping he will come and make the corrections.
