Description of Work: Paid for a service that was never done; had a second company come in and take video of the pipe to show a) it was never cleared as I paid for and b) it wasn't collapsed that Applewood told me needed to be addressed ASAP.

Description of Work: replaced hot water heater - everything perfect! very professional - first class work - not cheap but done perfectly the first time!!!! also cleaned out and cleared a drain line that another plumber told me needed to be replaced at a cost of $10,000 dollars or more and that part only cost $1,000 - saved me 9 grand and a huge mess taking care of a problem in the right way. I would never use another plumber - last summer they replaced my air conditioner - same result - perfect!!!!

Description of Work: Replaced trip lever on toilet ); didn't need new flapper, but replaced it anyway since wasn't possible to get trip lever service only price. Cost: $203.03 |Fixed leak in tub faucet. Cost: $253.17 |Everything was done in less that 1/2 hour. First charged $489.20 minus $25 coupon deduction; but he called manager and reduced the amount after I expressed dissatisfaction with cost.

Description of Work: They replaced drain in vessel sink . Did not do correctly sink spins on top of base. Came out to correct used wrong kind of sealer turned clear glass white at base. Had to hire someone else to fix correctly. Never want them in my home again!!!

Description of Work: They were prompt and very nice. They did have quite a bit of suggestions and recommendations for service contracts and I signed up. They called me back when I filled out a survey and were more than willing to cancel the contract.

Description of Work: Always dependable. Can be considered by some to be expensive but we have used them for years and have never had a problem. We are members of their Gold Club thusly we are not charged for service calls and get a 10% discount on parts and services. They always use top of the line products that simply do not fail. We just had our furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater replaced as well as having the breaker box rewired. The work was done as estimated, on time by highly professional technicians. They are always easy to contact as well by responding in the amount of time predicted.
