They were very good. There is usually one worker, but it depends on the nature of the service.

They did a good job for us. They did a very good job -- very professional. We bought a service contract with them. He knew what the electrical problem was. I think his price was fair. He was very friendly. This was the first time we have used them.

I have used them forever. When we moved into the house we had a garbage disposal problem and that was like 30 years ago in 1979. They were fine at the time, but their prices have gone way up. I would use them again for this service.

They are very nice and accommodating. He is very honest and goes the extra mile.

I used a coupon. I've been using them three years. I like that they have coupons. The people that they send are very professional and explain things, so I just stay with them. I would continue to use them if I still lived there.

They're very expensive. Applewood Plumbing Heating & Electric does a good job but they're really pricey but I didn't have a choice at that time. They were out really quickly. It's hard to say, they came out right away but I had an emergency so I have no way of knowing, I've never had them running regular work so I don't know about their punctuality. Maybe, kinda just depends, if it's emergent and I know that they'd get out right away, yeah probably I would consider using them again.

Problem totally solved in one visit.

It was a crisis situation. They came out and when my insurance company came out to approve the work, they said that he really overcharged us. It took him a long time to do it. They were quick to get here, but I wasn't satisfied.

Fortunately, the technician was familiar with a heat pump. He tried to install a switch but the switch did not function well. I had to go a few days without central air because the part had to be ordered. The technician was personable, informative and professional. Once the part was delivered, installation went well.

My furnace broke down on Christmas Eve, Eve. I contacted 5 HVAC companies for help with this on Angies List, but due to the timing of this no-one contacted me. Then I received a letter from Applewood with a $10 gift card and an apology from them explaning their holiday schedule. Thank You Applewood, that was an excellent gesture!

I lost over a full day of my time on this fiasco. If I had been told up front that Applewood couldn't or wouldn't come that would have been OK. But to have made an appointment for the repairs AND had it confirmed by their Customer Service agent only to learn latter - after regular working hours - that they would not come in inexcusable. In my opinion, everyone should avoid this company in the future. I certainly will!

It went very well and both my wife and I were very pleased.

I give them A's all across. I will continue to use their services.

The worst part was the costs. They were there for less than an hour. The best part was how fast it was. To improve they should not charge twice as much as other providers. They overpriced.

The A-Plumbing technician told me I needed a new blower motor as well as the bearings were shot. When I asked how he knew he said, "I can see oil coming out of the motor and when I grabbed hold and shook it I could feel the bearings move. I asked if he had pictures and he said no. He told me I needed a special motor for the heater and the cost was at least $1800!! The technician from Custom Heating told me I needed the blower wheel cleaned out and a new heater capacitor and showed me the pictures he had taken of the motor and the blower. The blower fan was dirty and needed cleaning, the motor was clean with a bit of dirt on it and everything else was fine but dusty.. Needless to say I DID NOT go with Applewood Plumbing! What a RIP! I hired Custom Heating and they did a fantastic job! I have recommended them to ALL of my friends and they also did work on my mother's furnace.

They are a scam. They charged by the job, not per hour. They knew wyat I wanted before they came out to get the work done. Their fees are just crazy! They charged me triple the cost of the ABS pipe compared to the company that did the work.

They were very nice the man that came out was immaculate, I think they take pride in their plumbers, he looks like he just got out of shower and had a white shirt that was ironed on and pants and I think that, He looked great, really looked great very clean, nice clothes. The job they did was great but the price was out of line. He got in here and I was kind of overwhelmed once you get a plumber in the house and your ready to go and then they give you a price I thought oh my gosh, it was over two thousand dollars and plus on top of all this they kind of force you to not I can't say force but they make you feel like you have buy this some other kind of agreement that goes with it for like a hundred and ninety eight dollars and I would say the only thing I have against Applewood is their prices as just out of lined.

I love Applewood. I'd recommend them to everyone. They're fabulous. They come on time. They're neat and clean. Their men wear uniforms. They're fully licensed. They call before they come and they call afterwards. They're incredibly focused on their customers and that's probably why they've been in business for 43 years. I would use them without a doubt.
