I don't know how much they charged me, probably a couple of hundreds I guess.

I would definitely use them again.

The plumber removed a 6 inch length of pipe, and replaced it. He said the he needed to "move" the pipe so he didn't burn my drain pipe when he soldered it. He mad a little zig-zag in the replacement. The leak is gone, but the minimum labor for "moving" a pipe is significant. Charged $704. Total work time: 23 minutes. I will never use Applewood again.

see above. Work was done, however; the price charged was outrageous. I will not recommend this company to anyone in fear they will get over charged as well.

That choked me up. I was using them all the time. You'd figure they probably do this a lot. The quality might be good. So far, the responsiveness has been good. I would use them, but not at that price. The person who comes out for the sewer backup is very nice and cordial and professional. I think the whole company has their prices high. As it stands, I think the people are done. I need this done.

I wanted a little section of electric in my garage for about 12 inches long. I had the parts already. I imagine their work is excellent but its expensive.

Our service call did not go well. The first service person came and decided that we needed new evaporating coils in our furnace without even opening the system to check the coils. He also told us that our one air conditioner outside was not working and needed to be replaced. We had never had any problems with our air conditioner system and have it serviced every year. This problem was never mentioned before. I called the manager to explain my concern as he was telling us we needed between $6000-$8000 worth of repair. The manager sent a second technician who had been with the company longer. He opened the furnace and looked at evaporating coils and told me they did show rust and should be replaced. This person also told me that the first person mixed up the two outside units and it was the other larger unit that needed to be replaced. Suddenly the evaporating coils no longer needed to be replaced and it would just be the larger air-conditioner unit outside ("good news" he said) and it would just be $11,000. Needless to say we did not trust either of these estimates and obtained a third evaluation from another company. This second company found to the system to all we working well with the exception of a faulting thermostat on the 2nd floor which they replaced. All is working fine. Needless to say we would never use Applewood again and have since heard many more stories of this company having a reputation of price inflation.

The company was very courteous and professional, but the plumber told me that it would cost $500 to replace the plug. I have a pedestal sink, and he told me he'd have to take apart and re-install the sink. He did give me the option of me going to the hardware store and buying a simple plug and filter basket instead of him doing the job. While I appreciated him telling me up front, he still charged me about $90 for retrieving a ring that had fallen down the drain. But interestingly, a few months later when my handyman was free, the handyman replaced the plug without pulling out and re-installing the sink. Took him about 10 minutes

truly excellent. much quicker and smoother than I expected. totally happy with the results. I certainly will have them back for other work in the near future.

We had a very bad time with these people. When they came they wanted to charge us $800. Get outta here. He was punctual but we didn't use him because of what he wanted to charge us. He only spent 5 minutes here. There was nothing professional about that. He was just here to rip us off.

Everything was done timely, efficiently and professionally.

.They were good. I would use them again. They did very good job, cleaned up after themselves, carried out all the garbage and used parts.

I called them on Monday night. The appointment was set for Tuesday Morning. They arrived early and went to work. They charge 570.00 which I thought was a little high but I needed the drain cleaned. After they left my wife ran a load of laundry and the drain was clogged. This line was working before they cleared the other line. We called them back and they charges us another $360.00. Since all drains feed into one line I think they clogged the second line while cleaning the first line and failed to check all the lines the first time

It went very well, I was very pleased.

It worked out great. I think, it was a couple hundred dollars. It was more than I wanted to pay, but I guess it was fair price. I think, they did a good job. They had put the first one in a couple years before that, so I had them come back out. They responded pretty quickly. They were a good response. They were there when they said they would be there. They were very professional.

The work was very good. I've had them out a couple of times. They do quality work. They are professional and punctual.

Well you can rate this anyway you want. It was two days before Thanksgiving, and a blizzard, and everything went out. They came within two days, completely replaced my heating and electric. Re-ran my heating and electric, re ran a bunch of electric, to bring it up to code. They were fantastic. They brought out five trucks, eight guys, and did it within forty eight hours. It was amazing, it was very expensive, and the highest price, but they did it very well.

They were on top of it; they were amazing. The gentleman that came out was Charles or Charlie; he was fantastic. He answered every single question that my five year old daughter had to ask him, and let me tell you, at five years old she has a lot of questions. They were very punctual, professional, and clean. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again for any other services that I may need.

I have used them forever. When we moved into the house we had a garbage disposal problem and that was like 30 years ago in 1979. They were fine at the time, but their prices have gone way up. I would use them again for this service.

They worked for me and they were great. The guy came out, he was very polite, he did the work very well, and I thought the price was pretty decent, too. It took him several hours. He was quick and he knew exactly what to do. He was in and out of here in less time than what I thought it would take. I don't remember what the price was, but I know it was very reasonable. I had checked with a couple of other electricians and they were a little bit high, so I got these guys. Like I said, the man that came out was very polite, very professional, and he did the work I asked him and put in some new extra wiring to get those lights over the counter. It was very well done and I really would recommend them to anybody that is looking. In fact, I did recommend them once.

They replaced a very pluming service. They are fabulous. It was more expensive it was like $500. What I got for it is, if you buy it from them they will guarantee a person to come out and do the work. It is guaranteed for 10 years or something like that. They just do that. In fact if you look at my refrigerator here I have literally 7 magnets on my refrigerator from them. Which means they come out really quickly and you know who is coming. They are A+, they are they are literally that. I know that they are more expensive. My neighbors keep telling me that's too much money they wouldn't do that. But I just pick up the phone and if I need something or if something went wrong. I wish my electrician that did some remodeling on my house here, I wish I had that service for them. They choose who you use. If people want to have a company that they can absolutely trust, and give you the best service, they will pay more because they pay their employees more. Thats one thing that I like about it, because it pays the workers what they are worth, and you don't worry about anyone coming to your house. Whatever they do you can guarantee that it will be warranted, and they will stand by what they do. I have not had any problem with them. It's the highest rating that I can give anybody. It's not the best price, its a higher price. You can afford it, but its high.

They were very good. There is usually one worker, but it depends on the nature of the service.
