Called to set up appointment waited a month for them to come out. Gave me a window of 12-3, showed up at 9am without a call. We couldn't do it then, so they wanted us to wait another month. After I explained to them our furnace broke and we needed to get the vents cleaned before we install a new one. The lady on the phone told me I would be charged a trip charge for rescheduling. Even though they came 3 hours early. I could understand 30 min or an hour, but 3 hours what if we where still sleeping?

They looked inside our duct and found they were clean and did not need the service. They showed us pictures to verity. We did go ahead and have them spray a sanitizer through our system that helps eliminate bacteria. The house smells very fresh!

Juan showed up on time within the scheduled time period. Moved in all of his gear. Although my carper does need cleaning and he had to be in the basement and then on two living levels, I expected covering for the shoes. Not so. He showed me all of the dust and junk that had been in the ducts over the past 35 years! He changed my furnace filter that I had provided. I was a little disappointed that he had to call in to verify that I had already paid for the service when I scheduled it online. Glad that I had printed out all of the paperwork.

Al was great. He arrived early and did a thorough job. He was fast and professional and left me feeling very pleased with the money I'd spent with his company. He even changed the fuse in the furnace when it didn't turn on during his test. Highly recommend him. The only unfortunate thing was we had to wait 3 weeks to get the service performed because they were so busy.

They came out and explained that I did not need the service. I thought they were very honest because a lot of company would have taken the money.

These guys were very courteous and professional and they did a very good job cleaning my air ducts.

Provider was quick to respond, but it would have been nice to know up front that the provider could not work on mobile homes.

Because, I didn't read the whole deal, I didn't realize that the price quoted was limited. The price quoted for a house the size of mine was understandably much greater than the "Deal" price. I am very pleased with the rapid response from Professional Air Duct Cleaning and the ease of getting a refund from Angie's List.

I wasn't there when the service was performed. The house was empty we had already moved out. However my husband said that it looked like the vents were clean.

went well, too quite a bit of time, he cleaned up after himself, the ohly thing that bothered my was my screen door is now hard to close and makes a lot of noise when closing it does take several sweepings to get all the dust out of the house

He arrived on time and was very professional. He but boots over his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house. He inspected all the vents and placed covers over the ones that needed to be covered. He was through and did an excellent job explaining everything he did. I would use them again.

They were awesome. They were efficient, punctual and very kind. They did a great job.

Called 3 times and been unable to schedule a date for the cleaning with the coupon I purchased. Its not going very well.

The gentleman was on time. He cleaned all the vents adequately because I noted that there was several problem areas. When I went back and I had looked as he was cleaning and he remedied all of those.

Eric was great. He was on time. He wanted to see where all the vents were located and explained what he was going to do. I needed the basement vents done which were not included in the price. For the price, I couldn't pass having them done since he was already here. He left the rooms clean of any debri. He cleaned the dryer vent last. I am so pleased to have this done in my home. One less thing to worry about. They also clean carpets and considering getting those done too. Thank you Eric for the professional job you did!

It went fine. I can't say it was wonderful or bad, it was just fine. He did it and that was it. They came when I scheduled it, so that was appropriate. There were no additional charges and I do have to say they were really good about that. I forgot that charging it through Angies List, that I didn't owe them anything, and the man that came out wanted a cheque. So I wrote him a cheque and then he called his office to find out how much. It was actually less than the $425, and then the lady from the office called back and said that I already paid through Angies List and to rip up the cheque, but they didn't go back to the lower amount. That is kind of a negative. I don't know what the proper amount for their normal charges is, but it seems funny that they would ask for a smaller amount, thinking that I had not paid. He just came and did his job and he was a very nice man. I would probably not use them again because of the price difference.

I was referred to this company by a friend. I have been living in my home for 14 years and have never had the ducts cleaned before, but over the last few months been sensing this weird smell every time I turn on the AC, so I decided to get this done. The technicians arrived on time at 10am and were very friendly and polite. They did a walkthrough of the entire house and explained their procedure step by step. It was close to 3 pm when they finished, and I was very pleased with the job they performed. My vents seem to blow much more air than they did before, and my home no longer has that awful smell. Also my dryer hasn't been friendly lately :) it would take me 2-3 runs to get my clothes dried, after they cleaned the dryer vent I can finally run my dryer just once. Overall experience was great and I will definitely keep on referring this company to others. Thank you Juan and Al for your amazing work!

I had an amazing experience with this company. The technician was great and very knowledgeable. First of all, THEY HAVE HIGH END EQUIPMENT, nothing I have seen before, and it did such a powerful job. Juan (technician) came on time, walked me through the whole process. I have a 2,000sf home and he was here for almost 4 hours - to make sure he does a thorough job. I will definitely use them again in the future. And their pricing is very affordable!!! Highly recommend!!!

Professional Air Duct Cleaning, their name says it all. They were very professional during phone calls as well as from the time they arrived in our home to the time they left. Their concern was their work needs to be done and done not just correctly but to the highest level of competency. Their equipment is top of the line as is the employee's knowledge of the how to use it. The clean air coming out of our heating and cooling system evidences the superior job that was done. We just can't say enough about the care, courtesy and quality of service provided by Professional Air Duct Cleaning. I would never recommend a company who can't even answer the phone!! Add the terrible communication and it is not even worth the hassle. I don't care if they are the cheapest company in town, I would never use them.

Al was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable and replaced everything that had to be moved. Left no mess and everything looked normal after the work which was performed in less than three hours.

Professional Air Duct Cleaning had a deal on Angie's list for whole house air duct cleaning. I contacted them to find out about any additional costs and to schedule an appointment, I had to leave a message. When the person (female) called me back, she did not have her appointment book available to schedule and said she would call me back in a few hours. I never heard back and by the time I realized I hadn't actually purchased the deal, it was over. I just wish she would have called me back, but if that was how they handle potential customers, I am not sure I would have wanted to deal with them anyways.
