Went very well! Oleg arrived on time, explained process, completed job as scheduled. Polite, thorough, informative. This company honored a Big Deal quote plus extra for basement furnace, even though I didn't qualify for Big Deal after signing up, since I was a condominium. Angie's refunded my Big Deal payment. Great working with both companies.

I bought the deal on 10/3/13 for a furnace and air duct cleaning. The company was quick to make contact but informed me it would be November before they would be able to schedule the service and asked me how that worked for me. I responded and explained that I needed their service as part of recovery from the floods in September (my entire basement was flooded). I also explained that I couldn't turn on my furnace until they performed the service and that I would like to turn on the furnace before it got too cold. They responded, apologized for the inconvenience, but restated that there was nothing they could do for me before November. I then had little choice but to clean the furnace so I could turn on the furnace and heat the house. Took me four hours. On 12/5 I e-mailed them and asked if we could schedule the air duct cleaning during the week of 12/16. As of 1/10/14, they still have not responded. At this point, I am trying to get my money back.

Professional Air Duct Cleaning cleaned 22 ducts and returns throughout the house. He was extremely professional and worked almost all day. He also cleaned the furnace and dryer vent. I am extremely happy with the work performed.

They didn't touch the dryer vent and I didn't realize it until they left.

Cleaned my air ducts. I thought that the Angie List deal I bought covered the cost of the service. I was wrong, when they showed up they said it was about $100 more - read me the small print at the bottom of the deal. Lessoned learned - Overall quality job!

This provider is a bad joke. When challenged on their lack of follow through they lied about trying to contact me and about when the appointment had been scheduled. When I complained to A.L. they said that this contractor had had some personnel challenges. Avoid this disaster waiting to happen.

They REALLY need to let the customer know that they will be spraying your air ducts with MR. CLEAN WITH FEBREZE. Not everyone likes chemical crap like this. Some people are sensitive to the chemicals contained in such products. One gets their air ducts cleaned so they can breath easier. Not gag! I stopped them half way through the treatment when I started sneezing and my nose stuffed up. They said what they were using was an all natural cleaner. MR. CLEAN WITH FEBREZE is not natural at all. I had them switch to water and vinegar that I had in a spray bottle. But the damage had already been done. I windows open at the moment. I called Bea at Professional Air Duct Cleaning and told her that they need to check first with the customer when using this stuff. She said she'd bring it up at the meeting tomorrow. She was really nice about it. The people doing the work were really nice. I would have like to have given this company a better review, but using FEBREZE?? What is a company concerned with indoor air quality doing using this crap?

I bought the Bid Deal for Professional Air Duct Cleaning

I am verey happy with this service. I had to reschedule my appointment twice, and they handled my changes cheerfully and promptly. The crew arrived on time, 3 men, who introduced themselves. The crew leader explained what they would be doing, and they got right to work. No wasted time, very thorough, and I was shown the dust and debris that they extracted from my air ducts and dryer vent. Very professional organization.

Did a very good job. Took a long time but was thorough. Told me after there would be an additional charge due to more than 10 vents. Should have stated that when they did the tenth, but then they didn't charge me after all.

He explained how the work was to be done, asked to see all vents and cleaned up completely when he was done. He also added future access "doors" to the intake and output ductwork for future cleanings (which wasn't listed in my "Big Deal"!) I would recommend this company to my friends. Very professional and informative. I also appreciated that he expressed concern that my dog might run out the front door while he left it opened to move his equipment inside.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. I paid more than the big deal, but the guy was very professional, and he did a good job, I was very impressed. The guy got out, and started banging some of the filters, and some of that air started coming into the house. My husband said that he should go out further away from the garage and do that, and that part wasn't too swift. But he was a nice guy, very accommodating. Changing the filter ended up costing us much more.

It would be hard to overpraise "Pete," the technician who came to do the work. He was courteous, efficient, hardworking, and extraordinarily patient and complete in his explanations to both my husband and me of what he was doing. I can't comment on the price, as this was the first time we had our ducts cleaned here in Colorado. However, I can say that the base Angie's List price of $159 was for a limited number of ducts, and we were told clearly from the start that we would need to pay more because our number was above the maximum.

Was very happy. He did a great job. Arrived on time, and worked hard. Amazed how much dirt and dust he got up! I have heard air duct cleaning might be. Bunch of nonsense, but after he got all the visible yuck out, I have been telling everyone to do it!

They are a great provider at a resonable price.

The air vents are clean, but the rest of the house got pretty dirty in the process. The worker showed up right on time and was very courteous and friendly. Seemed like a genuine guy that might need more training. He had some trouble getting his vacuum to work. He said I didn't have enough amps to run the machine. One of my neighbors is an electrician that came over and got it figured out. The machine needed to be plugged into 2 different outlets at the same time. Seems like the worker should have known how to use his equipment. When he took the registers off the wall he was blowing them off with high pressure air. I had to ask him to stop doing that since it was blowing the dust from them all over the house. He spent a lot of time cleaning the air ducts and was very thorough in that part of the job. I have no doubt that they are clean. Once he got it done, I cranked up the furnace for the first time in several years, and no dust flew out of the registers. I would use this company again, but I would make sure and let them know that if they want to blow the registers off, they need to take them outside first.

They were awesome. The big deal was for $199. We had a few extra vents, so we were charged $ 35 for that, which was in the writing of what they provided us with to begin with. They were really professional, fast, friendly and thorough.

The company and the guys were very good and very professional. I like them a lot. When you look at these things, it's such a good deal but basically the price is just for a small part. So it ended up costing me a lot more which as fine. The service was excellent.

After reading other reviews, it was evident that Al was the person to have do the service. Fortunately, that's who showed up at my door. I purchased an Angie's List special for $159 and paid $40 more for an additional in coming air vent and the hole cut in my ventilation to be able to do the service. I was a bit concerned that the company would be a no show, since I had scheduled out 3+ weeks and had not received a reminder call. I spoke with a young lady that reassured me that someone was coming. Al was professional, friendly, explained the service, and how the heating system works. He was neat, thorough, and efficient in his work. He also taught me that it is primarily the in coming air ducts that draw the dirt into the system. He also will save me money since he also taught me that the higher priced furnace filters restrict air flow and therefore are not cost effective. His recommendation was to buy the inexpensive filters and change them once per month. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend the company. Hopefully all the people who provide the service do as great a job as Al.

He arrived a little ahead of schedule but my husband was here to help. Didn't get his name, but he mentioned the vent really needed a cleaning. I will make sure to take his advice and do this at least once a year. Very professional and helpful.
