Description of Work: Was scheduled to do duct cleaning today (9/27/2014) and if never heard from them so I called yesterday to confirm appt and they had a message stating they went out of business and to contact Angie's list for refund.

Description of Work: I paid for the Big Deal dryer cleaning and furnace inspection , which was $99.00. When Al came over we wanted to know how much the whole house duct cleaning would be also. Our house is 28 years old and we have never had the ducts cleaned. He quoted us another $196.00 to do the whole house. The total was $295.00. It was well worth it. Al was very professional, and worked very hard for several hours. Our dryer vent duct had never been cleaned and was completely blocked. We are thankful to him for showing us all the lent and telling us how to check in the future for a clogged duct. I would definitely use their service again. Very good job!

Description of Work: They cleaned all the air ducts and cold air registers in a completely different way than any other company. They used a special machine that sucks the dirt, etc. out of the ducts instead of pushing it inward. A sanitizer was also used at our request. The servicer was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and how often air ducts really need cleaning if they are done correctly. He actually told us with the continued use of proper furnace filters we would not need to have this service done again for 5-6 years! The house actually feels cleaner and we are not sneezing like we had been. We would definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $175.95 for Unlimited Air Duct Cleaning for Homes Up to 2,100 sq. ft. They had to come a little later than scheduled, but they called me and explained they had a problem with one of their vans. They came in the same day and got it done, so it was fine. They did a good job. I was happy with the results. They were able to complete the work in a few hours, and this covered the whole house. He made an effort to explain everything he was doing.

Oleg did a fantastic job!!! Very friendly and conscientious. I didn't expect him to clean the vent doors, so that was a big plus! He cleaned up after himself. The house smelled fresh and clean when he left. Could not have gone better!

Great service technician James did an excellent job! He was very good at his job and explained exactly what the extra service in addition to our coupon would cost. He was competent and thorough. Our house smells cleaner fresher after the service.

The air ducts and our furnace unit were cleaned, although the technician had electrical issues with our outlets. His equipment kept tripping our breakers, which concerned me, and he said it had to do with wiring issues in our new house. He also didn't have a ladder to reach our second floor dryer duct on the exterior of our house so that didn't get cleaned, but with our house only being a year old, that wasn't a big concern to me. He was friendly and diligent in his work, but because of the electrical issues, I wouldn't use this company again. That may happen with other companies as well, but I won't know for several years until it's time to clean the ducts again.

The overall experience was great. I have absolutely no concerns. The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Description of Work: I am very pleased with the services this company provided for me. I have had 3 other estimates which were over 400.00 but when I called Professional Air Duct Cleaning and the estimate I was given over the phone was very reasonable and I scheduled right away. The technician showed up on time and was very experienced. He walked me through step by step on all work being done. I got my whole air duct system cleaned and also my dryer vent. I am very satisfied with this company and will definitely refer them to others. Great work and thank you very much.
