2 Steves Drain Service was just GREAT. I called and they told me they were extra busy that day and could come over after lunch. They also said they would call me when they were on their way. Sure enough, about noon they called to say they would be there before 1pm which was great and I felt like it was super fast. They apologized it took "so long" to come but it really was only a couple hours which I felt was awesome given it was right after Christmas. They were so professional, kind and even fixed another sink that was having an issue even though it was not what I called about. They were quick and I would highly recommend them.

Steve was very polite, very professional, and doesn't charge extra for nights or weekends, only an extra charge if it is Christmas, Thanksgiving or another major holiday. I will definitely call them again if I have a problem.

Prompt, real workers, No one in a uniform with a Book to tell they what high price the job Should Co$t... Both Steves showed up in 30-40 minutes at the end of 2 days of snow in town. Looked at the job, figured it out and fixed it in little time. Maybe 30 min total. I'm glad I found them!

Steve and Chris came out about 90 minutes after I called them. They explained what they thought the problem was (tree roots) and immediately set up to clean the sewer line. They were done in less than an hour. They explained why this happened and told us what we should do the next time (if) it occurred. They were very personable, neat, orderly, clean. And, most importantly, they knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly and well.

The sink in our basement bar backed up and 2 Steves had it fixed in no time. We called at 10:00 AM and they had the job finished by 12:30.

They were on time, polite, professional and reasonable.

I was so relieved that they could take care of it on Friday evening. They were very reasonable. I will do business with them again if the need arises.

They were here doing the job within a hour and a half after calling them. They cleaned out the washer drain . They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. They were courteous and very prompt. I would recommend them very highly for any drain cleaning job.

Our basement floor drain started backing up when we ran the washing machine. I called 2 Steves at 9:30AM and they were here by 10:30AM. They has us all fixed up by 11:00AM for only $80! The last time we had the drains cleaned by a big name plumber, it cost twice as much and we got a high-pressure sales pitch about how we'd have to dig up and replace all our plumbing unless we used their enzyme cleaner on the pipes (that was over 5 years ago and aside from this incident, we haven't had a problem). The Steves were very professional, very fast and did a great job. We couldn't be happier - we've decided to add them to our regular maintenance list.

Steve answered on my first call and they were here within an hour or so. They told me how much it would likely cost over the phone and were accurate in their estimate. They also seemed quite a bit cheaper than anyone else. They were very courteous and also looked at another problem I had in the house. They provided an opinion on that issue for no additional charge. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Many plumbing problems won't require a plumber. This company was much cheaper!

2 Steve's (father & son) answered the phone on the first ring (which is very unusual in itself). They arrived exactly when they said they were going to and quickly, neatly and professionally snaked our line and removed the clog. They also checked our basement drain to make sure it hadn't "burped" nasty stuff. They left the sink and surrounds clean and tidy. We were charged a very reasonable amount for the job.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon (late). We were expecting a house full of hungry teenagers for dinner and needed to have our kitchen working. Steve and Steve showed up within 40 minutes of our call, cleared out our drain, and were very careful about keeping things clean and getting the job done. They were friendly, professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owners answer their own phones on weekends and figured out how to fit me in on an emergency situation. Their pricing was fair, the service was great and they worked efficiently. Highly recommend their services.

On 9/8/08 we needed immediate drain clean out at my son-in-law's rental unit. Drains in the entire 2-floor house were over-flowing. 2 Steves made it there that afternoon and did the job at a cost less than that of a prior company. Since I couldn't be there, he graciously mailed an invoice to my daughter. The tenant said he did a great job. I hope it isn't necessary to use their services again; but if it must be so 2 Steves is the company we'll call.

These guys were unbelievable. I am still kind of dazed as I write this. They were on-site in about an hour. They fixed the problem, and they charged me what they said they would charge me!!! How amazing is that these days? Not only that, but their rate was very low. I am sure that other companies would have taken me to the cleaners. 2 Steve's is ABSOLUTELY the best. I will use them again and again. No wonder they are the top-rated. I am VERY impressed!

A friend recommended them and he called them. They showed up an hour later since they were in my neighborhood. They were very professional. The price was very reasonable. Last year a chain plumbing company came out and charged $275 for the basement drain. I would definitely recommend them. For homeowners with 50 trees in there front yard, this is a must once a year. They are not plumber - only specialize in drain service.

This company, which I have been using for four years now, was originally referred to me by a friend of mine. They are honest, reliable and really seem to appreciate the work. I find their pricing to be reasonable and I use them on all my rental properties.
