Response to my initial request was very quick and a representative came to the house to provide further information and a bid. The installer arrived when promised and installed both doors within an amazingly short time. He checked both doors for proper adjustment, left the site cleaned up and took all the old hardware away. We had a slight problem with one the next day and they were willing to come right out, but my husband was able to adjust the electric eye which took care of it. It was an excellent choice and we are delighted with the doors.

We were not advised up front that we needed an electical outlet close to the door opener, installed with an extension cord. Also, not advised of sensors that look like an accident waiting to happen. Installer left without cleaning grimy prints off white door.

Most excellent service. Installer was great. He actuall upsold me on a couple of things and I am very happy witht he result. I have almost no noise when opening the door now.

This company was prompt to respond to my request. They showed up the following day, as scheduled. The tech was equipted with the items he needed to complete the project. He explained the finished product throughly to me and double checked his work.
