The worker explained all the possible situations when he came to estimate, and also provider his suggestions. Once we made decision, he did a good job to repair the garage door. He's very friendly and professional. Explained a lot of things while he's working. I would recommend to choose them again.

After changing the springs, the guy did not make a proper adjustments to the garage door. The gap between the door and railing is about 5/8 th on one side and zero on the other. the door is rubbing against the railing . I called him back and I told him to fix the problem by adjusting the tensions in cords. He refuse to make any effort to make any adjustments and simply said there was nothing wrong and gave me long speech as how garage doores all make noise. He also wanted to charge me for his second trip. Never paid him. Also called the owner of the Company and he gave me the same speech. The problem is very obvious and I am surprised.
