I got several estimates before choosing a paint company. I was very impressed with the Paint Doctor's professionalism along with their price and warranty. They offered the most competitive pricing and communicated every step of the way. The painters were always very prompt and courteous, showing great attention to detail. I could not have been any happier with our service and would highly recommend them to others!

Melissa was great! She was on top of the project and really worked with us when we had color changes and found the special paint that we need for our stucco. The project was completed start to finish in just 5 days, and that was after several color changes and having to go to Denver to get the required paint. Juan and Pablo were awesome as well! Very professional and punctual. They took a personal interest in the project and having it truly completed to our satisfaction. They were very thorough and complete, and I did not even once have to point out a spot that had been missed or needed touch up. They took the time to make sure it was right the first time, and I am confident that they could have complete the project sooner had we not change our minds a couple times on the colors. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with the Paint Doctor. Brian was patient, knowledgeable and thorough in providing information, options and pictures of work completed. Bridgette was great at supporting me in picking colors to tie my property together. Daniel and his crew were professional throughout prep to stucco and the stucco process. Chad finished the project beautifully with his professionalism and work ethic painting all the accent, trim, gutters etc.

We initially got estimates from several different painters; the prices were reasonable but there were a number of problems: not licensed, bonded and insured, or they wanted money up front to pay for paint, or they wouldn't guarantee their work. We went with Paint Doctor because those issues were all addressed. Their estimate was at the higher end of the scale but well worth the added security. Juan Sanchez (3 person crew) was our painter. He is skilled and knows his business and, most importantly, showed patience and diligence to complete the job. We required kitchen, hall, family, dining and living rooms plus one bedroom painted. They painted over wallpaper in 2 rooms and had to deal with 25' vaulted ceilings plus skylights and working around long wooden beams. Mr. Sanchez sealed exposed seams in the 30 yr old wallpaper and attended to the detailed touch up work, additional coats of paint, and all the plastic coverings and cleanup. We were fairly exacting. Mr. Sanchez handled every request competently and professionally. Coordination between the onsite crew and our Paint Doctor point of contact, Mr. Joseph Wooldridge, was seamless and professional. If you need the job done right with the security of a 10-year guarantee from a licensed, bonded, insured paint company, we would recommend the Paint Doctor. You might get lucky with a smaller crew but there are too many risks. Our painters did a beautiful job; if we need more painted later they will be our first call-

Melissa initially came to the house for the consultation and was also very helpful and professional. From the beginning of the project to the end, this is one great company and a great deal. I would definitely use them again.

This is not the first time we have used The Paint Doctor. They painted the exterior of our house and also the first floor interior with two story high ceilings, so we knew we would be happy with their work. This job was a bit different. Before painting, the wallpaper in our kitchen had to be removed. It had been up for 25 years and did not want to come off. Jesse, our painter worked diligently, and got the paper off, textured and painted the walls and it looks great. Jesse did a professional job and was fun to work with. We were really impressed by the quality of work and the results and would not hesitate to have the Paint Doctor, and specifically, Jesse, handle any future painting projects. Prior to this job, we got several estimates, and the Paint Doctor beat them all.

Home #1 job completed, but not without challenges. The paint job in itself was fine. The paint crew left a lot to be desired. They sifted through our personal belongings and left trash inside and on the front porch of our home. They left an empty 2 liter soda bottle filled with cigarette buds on my kitchen island for me to clean up. They placed our clothes in our closet in the master bathtub...not a big deal, until they begin using that same tub to throw trash in (half empty Monster Energy drinks and water bottles), did I mention our clothes were in the tub. Sale agent offered to pay for dry cleaning. During the job (which was a 7 day job) they continuously left the doors open... by the time they were done we had hundreds of flies in the home...there response was to ask us if we had a fly/pest problem??!!! And then went on to say they believed the location of the home within 5 miles of the Aurora city dump had also contributed to flies in the area/home....uh OK. After they finished the job, we cleaned up their mess and laid several fly traps and took care of the problem. We truly felt violated with how they treated our home. On home #2 (new construction home) we needed to have our deck sealed and had already paid towards the job so we let them complete the job which they did without any issues. However they were not allowed access to our home. The 3rd job was on home #2 and involved painting 3 tray ceilings throughout the home. I refused to let the original crew that painted home #1 in our new home and requested a different paint crew. The new lead of the paint crew was a no call no show 3x. I cancelled the final outstanding job and will take our business and money elsewhere. Never again with the Paint Dr. And like others mentioned do not be fooled by the bid package and sales agents....it is a bit misleading as compared to the type of workers they employ to perform the job.

All work was completed in a very professional manner. The removal of the plant shelf became a larger project than originally anticipated and we were very pleased with the finished product. Chris was always available and followed up on all of the work being done. It was a pleasure working with him. Andrew (our lead painter) was very meticulous about his work. Chris personally handled the removal of all discarded siding pieces and plant shelf material scraps left from the removal of the plant shelf.

The work LOOKS beautiful, but some things went wrong. First, we are just customers, not paint experts of any kind so we didn't realize the paint we got for the great price we received was really bad paint. It looks beautiful, but has no wear and tear, and no durability. Now that we know there are different grades of interior paint, what we got for the great price was definitely the lowest grade. This is very troublesome, because we were very clear the house was going to be a rental. It would have been so nice if the Paint Dr folks would have advised us to get a better grade of paint; we're disappointed. Second, we DID know enough to specifically request priming and painting of all room and closet doors - this didn't happen. As soon as we put the first lock back on the first bedroom door, the paint peeled right off and we could tell the priming had not been done. It was like that for every door. We ended up trading $650 for the garage (which we originally forgot to include), for the mistake, which was not a good trade. It took much more than $650 in our effort and cost of supplies to repaint about 24 room and closet doors. But the original mistake of the Paint Dr to not perform the job as originally bid and paid for, was really the biggest letdown, not that we had to do it ourselves, even though it was a pain. In the end, YES, the house LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. It just would have been so great when we were doing the bidding, if they actually listened when we said it was a rental. We needed, and would have paid for, higher grade paint if we knew to do that. Also, the door issue was just a bad experience that could have been completely avoided if they had just primed them all like they were supposed to be. On the garage, it had a horrible smoke smell and we decided after the original bid to ask for KILLZ to be painted throughout, over EVERYTHING. They look us at our literal word. There were eight tiny pieces of tape on some wood shelves and one L-bracket that they didn't even bother to put on the floor, they just literally painted over everything, and only one coat that wasn't even full - it was thin and you can see through. It looks like there is a white haze on the walls instead of paint. We thought that would be OK, but two weeks later we power-washed the garage floor, and it was then we discovered that white haze just wasn't enough coverage, because the smell came right back. We were pretty bummed about this as well, especially since we traded having to pay that additional $650 for the problems with the doors. To sum it up... the workmanship is not in question and the place looks very good and the Paint Dr folks were very responsive and easy to work with. They never tried to avoid us and we thought it would all work out, but it just didn't. They are not bad or incompetent or anything, but we probably would not use them again.

Melissa, the estimator helped with suggestions on colors for trim and exterior for best presentation. Painter was meticulous about preparation (neighbors even commented about how hard he worked and the care he took to ensure a quality job - covering all nail holes with putty to create a smooth surface). He was hampered by daily rain and cold temperatures (mid April to May 1), but when weather was good enough for painting, he worked from (latest) 9 AM until 6:30 or 7 He was even out on Sunday. Every day when he left, all tools and equipment cleaned up so no evidence of work being performed when he was not present. Fence stained, Stair handrail sanded, primed and stained, all without splatters or drips on other surfaces. Fantastic Job.

Excellent !He caulked,primed and scraped also pressure washed the house prior to all the prep work. He. did a wonderful job and we are very happy!

Fine. My only minor complaint is that they had to be reminded to do some touch-ups, but they did do it, and didn't clean up the paint splotches on the concrete as owner had said they would. Painting crew was polite, professional.

I just had a quote so far and they came in really high. I probably won't use them. She was great. My first impression of the company was very good. I would use them because of their ratings, and not use them because of their higher price.

Very badly. The contract stated that work was to be done by "experienced master painters," bare and damaged wood would be primed, all doors and windows would be caulked. The painters did not appear to be master or even experienced painters; hardware, fixtures and windows were not protected, paint splatters were not cleaned up, trash was left in the yard contrary to the statement in the contract that the site would be cleaned up on a daily basis. On the first day the "painter" cleaned the spray gun by spraying the paint onto landscaping rock beside the driveway. In addition, after payment was made, a small section of the stucco repair fell off (less than a week after the job was finished) and sections which were initially not painted properly required 5 notifications to the owner over an almost 4 week time period before the work was completed. The professional looking proposal package was definitely not indicative of the quality of workmanship provided.

he Paint Doctor was excellent! I worked with Joe and he did a very good job of explaining everything. I had some delays as I worked with my insurance company and he was very patient and flexible while I worked that out. The price was very reasonable and the paint was a very high quality. The crew was very professional and the painters were highly skilled. Once the work was finished Joe came to my house and answered questions about the work. I would highly recommend The Paint Doctor for your painting needs.

We had them come out to give us a estimate and he acted like he was going to do the job and wanted it. Then he never emailed the estimate or called us. My husband tried two times to get them to reply. I said forget it if that is how they run their business I don't want them to do the job anyway. If they didn't want the job why did he waste my time just say you don't want the job.

It was almost scary how easy the job went. They completed the work in about 2 days and we could not be more pleased with the results.

It went great! I worked with Brian their estimator he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with everything. I felt very comfortable working with him. He took is time to explain everything to me about there warranties and the Paint they will be using. He even helped me with my colors we were changing the outside color of the house. And he came over and brought samples and painted them on for me. It really helped by seeing them on the house for me to choose the colors. Brian said he wanted to make sure I was happy with the colors I chose because illbe looking at them for a while. He was right I am so happy he helped me my house looks fantastic! When the painters started the house Brian came out with them and introduced the painters and the foremen Chris to me they were all very nice and easy to work with. I felt like they went above and beyond to make me happy. Everyone did a fantastic job! And I am so amazed how much different my house looks after they finished. My house looks like a brand new home!!! I would highly recommend the Paint Doctor to everyone and I have my Brother and my sister have already both used them and they had the same wonderful experience that I did.

Very impressed with these guys. The quality of the work was amazing.

We were hit hard by a 45 minute hailstorm in July, 2016. It caused major damage to our house, windows, and roof. After going with two other contractors that wasted five months and never showed up to do the work, we called The Paint Doctor. Joe, one of the owners, came out immediately and gave us an estimate that was about a thousand dollars less than the other two contractors. He gave us a reasonable time frame (taking the cold weather and high winds of December into effect). As soon as the weather allowed, his crew was out, working on our house. They did a beautiful job. We changed paint colors, and they had to do a color match which was perfect. And our trim was painted a different color. Then the gutters were installed and the paint crew came back out to paint the downspouts. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in every way. There were no extra charges and the price quoted was the final price. I would highly recommend The Paint Doctor and would definitely call them again should we need fresh paint.
