Superior Cleaning & Carpet Care

The person working for Superior Cleaning & Carpet Care came on time but also dressed very unprofessionally. She apologized for being dressed this way but explained she was going to a volleyball game after the cleaning. She also had tattoos showing everywhere. Always giving people the benefit of the doubt, I let her proceed with the cleaning explaining the kitchen and bathrooms need to be cleaned. She mentioned she charges extra for the oven cleaning and the refrigerator so I said sure, lets clean the oven, I will clean the refrigerator myself. She then proceeded to ask me if I could go to the store to purchase oven cleaner and scrub/wipes to clean the bathtubs. I thought this was kind of odd since this is supposed to be a professional cleaning company and yet they are asking me to purchase some of the cleaning supplies. I reluctantly purchased the needed supplies as requested. Hours past and she was soon at the maximum 4 hours included in the $99 big deal. She said she was done. She said she cleaned all the bathrooms. I did a quick walk through and noticed the laundry room floor was very dirty. I asked her if she would clean the laundry floor and she explained that she already put away her cleaning supplies, so she wiped the floor down with a rag instead. After inspection, the laundry room was still very dirty. I asked her if she cleaned all the bathrooms and she said yes. After inspection it was noted the bathrooms were still very dirty. We called the owner a day later to complain and to get clarification on how they defined "clean". The owner confirmed that the bathrooms should have been spotless. She also explained the company was going on vacation the rest of the month and would return on May 31st and she would "make it right" when they returned. Of course we did not receive any phone call to help remedy the issue as the owner said she would. I had to hire another cleaning company to do the job right. The bottom line - Hiring Superior Cleaning & Carpet Care was a complete waste of time and money.

They were pretty good, I just haven't called them back yet.

The provider showed up an hour late and left a half hour early. She was supposed to be there at 100 but didn't show until 200. I thought she would stay until 600 to complete the 4 hours but she wound up leaving at 530 which was only 3.5 hours. The provider asked if there were any areas se should focus on and I asked her to focus on the floors but she spent most of the time in the kitchen. As a result, the floors received very little attention aside from a basic sweep and a mopping. The kitchen was cleaned very well and the master bathroom and downstairs half bath were also done well. The upstairs hall bath was not touched.

I didn't read the small print-they don’t do move in and move outs. It was a vacant house after removing staging selling a house. All I wanted them to do was vacuum and dust over. It was a less than 2 hour job. She did a good job. She called and said the vacuum bag was full and would finish it the next morning and would call the next morning. I never heard from them. I went and finished the vacuuming myself.

It was certainly a good purchase. The lady was organized, pleasant, thorough. She had a cheerful "can do" attitude. She asked many times if there were other tasks she could assist with. She sought our opinions on the work she had performed to ensure it met our standards. We will consider hiring this company again.

She sent two cleaners who listened to what I needed, asked questions, cleaned thoroughly and quickly. I was so grateful. I hired them again the next month.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. So nice to come home and everything is clean.

This was the first time I have had a cleaning company come in to clean my home. I was pleasantly surprised and the lady that came out gave me a great tip for my disposal, to keep it smelling clean. She listened to what I wanted cleaned and did a great job. Will absolutely use this service again!

Two pleasant cleaners for 2 hours each worked without a break, bringing their own supplies; cheerful and thorough.

I bought the big deal and found out that we were going to be moving out of state and a move out cleaning would be necessary. This provider does not offer that service with the big deal. Therefore, I do not need their services. It took almost two days to get a phone call back from the provider. I also found out that this provider has had complaints lodged against them through the BBB and this is not something I want to encounter. I am going to do the move out cleaning myself and save myself the hassle of trying to coordinate with someone else's schedule.

Without extracting any dirt, this service just cleans the top of the carpet fiber.

The service was good. They were prompt, the carpet looks great, and I have no complaints.

It was fine but not as thorough as I was expecting. There were a couple of spots where he did not move furniture or an area rug.

Contact person was great, friendly and called to confirm appointment. The workers were on time, freindly, profesional. I was disappointed in the carpet cleaning. I had expected the color to all be the same after the shampoo, as it has been in the past. It was not, seems to still be dirty in the areas that we walk on most.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. My experience with them was good. They were good workers. There was no extra cost.

They did a great job. I have no comaplaints. I did not have any issues with scheduling. Everything turned out clean and fresh.

There were no issue with scheduling. They were running a little late for the apppointment but they did call to let me know which was fine. The carpets could have been a better cleaning but over all I think it was just okay. There were two people here doing the work.

It went fantastic! Scheduling was fine. The technician was very friendly and showed up on time for the appointment. He was able to swap out one of the rooms so he could get to my stairs. The carpets looked and smelled great afterwards.

It turned out just fine. The carpets looked good. The carpet cleaner was very polite and prompt. He called to let us know he was coming down the road. He came in, did the job and left.

Very nice young man. Polite and happy. Did a really good job except he did not do under the bed at all and that is where my GSD hides to eat his snacks! I had to do that!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. They were very professional and everything looks very good. I did not pay any extra charges other than the big deal purchase. They were courteous and clean. They asked twice if they could do another room and as I had already paid for the six rooms I did not want anything else done and that was the only thing that bothered me a little bit, but other than that everything was fine. They were right on time. I have told my friends about them too.

They did a great job and the carpets look great. We would definitely use them in the future.

Have not yet used this service. We paid, but then our schedule got crazy. Still planning to use their service.
