Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned carpets, hallway and stairs with little smell, dry in less than four hours even on snowy day. Cleaned sticky black glue spots from mouse trap (don't ask). Talked with us about high traffic areas and pet stains. Recommended annual cleaning. Very pleased with service, quality of cleaning, friendly and professional staff. Our new go-to carpet cleaning company!

Description of Work: I first hired Pur Eco Friendly Cleaning to perform carpet cleaning based on an Angie's List deal. When they came to do the estimate, I mentioned that I also needed to have the house cleaned and they gave an estimate for that too. They wer very thorough and professional in their cleaning, making sure to get all the windows, blinds, ledges, shelves, cabinets, bathrooms...even places I wouldn't have thought to clean. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price for it.

Description of Work: We have been using Pur for about 4 months. We had a lady come clean for a few years that disappeared on us (it was a total bummer because she was pretty good and $45!) I started looking around- met lauren and she was hands down the most professional and most organized. Also, and this was a biggie for me, i trusted her. Not that we have diamonds lying around, but it is our home and that is probably the most important. I REALLY wanted to hire them but it was pricey from what I was used to...so we started every other week to 10 days. Lauren did a great job! We usually have 2 people come and every now and then lauren is here - in all honesty, when lauren comes the house looks amazing- BUT the 2 gals that come are very good and will do anything if you ask. On a side note, our house is very neat- but we have lots of animals= hairy!!!! Lauren has great communication- if we have to change days or times, something wasn't cleaned that well. Etc. I think lauren is doing a great job with this company and I highly recommend her- she is a doll to work with, and the gals that come to clean (now every week!) are super sweet.

All of our requests have been accommodated, including scheduling changes. We are very happy with the professional, bi-weekly service they provide and would definitely recommend them!
