The job was done well, within the time frame scheduled, the workers were neat, clean, and respected out home! In and out like they said! Keep their word and the job was done! The only job in our house that went well!

The staff was friendly when we went shopping for the granite. They answered all of our questions on the granite as we had not had granite before. The product was delivered within two weeks. The two guys that did the installation were very nice and they did a very good job with the service. They were informative and let us know of a couple of products to maintain the granite.

We purchased a new granite countertop for our kitchen remodel. We were able to pick out our slab from their yard. Travis came out and measured after our new cupboards were installed. With his template machine, he detected that the sink cabinet was not even across the front--off by half an inch, but not noticeable without putting a straight edge along the entire length of the run. However, this would have been noticeable once the countertop was on. We liked that a provider was as detail oriented and exact as we are. The countertop is a perfect fit!

FANTASTIC! It's not all about the sale and installation but also about service after the fact. This company and its employees were extremely professional from our first meeting throughout the installation. They educated us about all the product they carry, helped us select outstanding pieces. All was done on time and on budget.

The installation crew was 2 guys. They were very nice and did a good job. They did not put enough glue on to hold the sink in. Half of it fell down a few days after installation. I called Planet Granite and they sent out Eric to fix it. He reattached the sink and put on more glue. He also cleaned out the oil in the SS sink. He was very nice and I appreciate him correcting these issues. Eric did a great job!

Planet Granite did a great job. We had an in-house estimate done first, and the representative had some samples with her. We received an estimate by email on the same day as our visit (Aug 23). After comparing Planet Granite with three other companies, we decided to go with them because the estimate was reasonable and we liked the samples we saw. So we went in to their store on Aug 26 and met with Erin to select our granite slabs and sign a contract. Erin helped us a lot - she had the men in the yard move several slabs of granite so that we could see exactly which ones we wanted. The paper signing process was very simple. One bonus was that they had a special deal that included a free undermount stainless steel sink (heavy gauge). The man who did our template came out on Aug 30, and he was very easy to work with. The installation day was scheduled for Sep 23 and Justin and Steve came out to do that. They were very nice and really knew what they were doing. Because the counter was big, it required two seams, but they were able to make the seams "disappear" with some good work. So we are very happy with our new countertop and with the fine service we received from Planet Granite.

Everything about our experience with this provider was positive. All work was performed in a professional manner and everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous.

The whole project went very well. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we refer to our friends!

We are really pleased with Planet Granite, they were professional and top notch from the get go. The product looks wonderful in our home and we love it!! We were able to use their specialized system to pick our the exact spot that our counters were cut out of the piece of granite we chose and we just love it.

I cannot begin to say enough about how great Planet Granite was to deal with. We had them install granite in our kitchen and powder room and they are gorgeous. Everyone was so easy to work with, helpful, prompt, and very professional. They gave us a great deal and a great selection. Eric and Kevin did a great job on installation. We saw the reviews on Angie's List and went to their show room. After getting 6 separate bids from providers in town, we went with PG. Great selection and everyone very pleasant and helpful. Extremely happy with the granite countertops and our experience!

Our experience from start to finish was terrific. We dealt with several people at Planet Granite, including Liz, our salesperson, who was very helpful with our granite selection. During the layout process, we made a couple changes which they were happy to make. Chris and Luke did the installation which came out perfect...very pleasant guys to work with. A couple days ago I was back at the shop dealing with Bobbi requesting a piece of backsplash from our granite in hopes the last piece might still be available. It had been sold, but several other slabs from our bundle were in the works and Bobbi said he will call me when a small piece is available to cut (he expected it might be available in 2 months or so). Fortunately we are in no hurry to complete the final area. In a few months we are completely remodeling our master bath and look forward to working with Planet Granite again.

Great customer service and reasonable pricing. In the showroom, Liz patiently stepped us through the mechanics to include selecting the right granite and provided a number of pricing options. When it came time to install the granite, Luke and his team did a super job, ensuring perfection through the installation process. Without question, I was extremely impressed with the Planet Granite team from start to finish.

Planet Granite cordial is good and very knowledgeable. I rate them 5 stars for quality of their people. They are responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again.

After deciding to upgrade our kitchen counter tops to granite I visited area companies in search for the perfect granite for our home. Planet Granite had the most out standing granite I had ever seen. The stone we chose is called Blue Flower and once we saw it nothing else could come close. Clayton, our sales rep told us this was the first time they had been able to get this granite. It is truly lovely. Our entire experience with Planet Granite was delightful. The sales team was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and completely courteous. The install team (I wish I could remember their names) was just as professional and courteous. They did not skimp on their service even though the job took about 3 hours longer then they had planned do to leveling problems with the base cabinets. Today Luke and Chris came to fix a flawed, sharp edge in the granite and once again, these young men were great. A couple of years ago I use a different company to redo out bathroom counter tops. They did a good job but Planet Granite has them beat, hands down. I felt the price was fair but the service was exceptional. I have one more bathroom to be redone and I will definitely use Planet Granite again.

They're excellent business professionals and very kind. They are very friendly, very accommodating, no pressure of telling anything they just answered our questions. Ah, they're very, very excellent business people to work with. They’re on top of things. Follow up with phone calls and emails. I would like to rate them as to say they'll be excellent plus.

Clayton sent out a woman who did the initial job estimate about three weeks before we had the work done. Later, someone came out with special equipment to get a more precise measurement. We did have a tile person remove the old counter tops (review of his work elsewhere on Angie's List) and he did a perfect job - did not damage one tile. He had a friend who was a licensed professional plumber, and they came out together to do the removal. The Planet Granite guys came in a couple of days later and cut the counter tops on site. There was a little issue with the measurement for the opening for the range, and they shaved the ends right then (good thing, because it would have been too narrow an opening). They did a nice job of fitting the granite as close as possible to the bottom of the backsplashes, and the granite looks great. We also had a sealant put on which is supposed to last for 15 years. They were very accommodating and professional. If we have any more granite work done, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We remodeled our entire kitchen. We spent months researching and visiting granite dealers in the Springs area and Denver for counter tops. After many months, we decided on Planet Granite because of stone selection and customer service. On our first visit, we walked, observed and listened about various styles and types of granite. They showed us the cutting plant and thanked us for the visit. No pressure whatsoever. When we came back for a second look, we found the type on hand and settled on the order. No haggle, no issues, simply put, a pleasant business transaction with a focus on the customer. We delayed install because of the holidays and then began the process on January 2, 2013. Our base counters were set on a Friday. The measuring tech arrived promptly at our home on Monday. After a pleasant and informative session he completed our measuring but while doing so, I asked about care of granite tops and sealing. He gave me some instruction and then told me about a product called InvisaBLOCK. Again no pressure, just some chatting. He suggested a quick research on the internet and continued to measure. I did so and discovered it was something I was interested in because you never have to seal again and it comes with a 15 year warranty. So we added that to the order. Now it was a matter of waiting what we thought would be 2-3 weeks for install. We received a call the following day and imagine our surprise when the scheduler Matt said (and I love this)-- "We can't get it in this week but would NEXT MONDAY BE OK?" Talk about a celebration (those of you who have remodeled understand this one completely). So yesterday, the installers arrived on time and went straight to work. In just a few hours, our counters were installed and the final product was to say the least, incredible. The installers were professional, efficient and incredibly polite. All in all, this has been a wonderful experience, deserving of the "A+" grade and we MOST HIGHLY recommend Planet Granite for for any granite project you may have.

Planet Granite offered great choices and variety. We chose a granite that we couldn't be happier with. The installers were professional and did a good job. They educated us throughout the process and we would work with them again in the future!

See above. Positive experience. The people we dealt with at Planet Granite were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We had looked at other dealers in Colorado Springs prior to Planet Granite and found them to be haughty, non-responsive to our questions, lacking adequate sales personnel, and/or over-priced. We are completely pleased with our countertops and the overall experience.

It was not a very good experience at first as we had a few problems with the installation. They were able to make up for everything in the end at it turned out great.

Planet Granite is the best! My wife changed her mind five different times on her choice of granite. One day we even made a selection, went to the car to leave, and she went back in and made a different selection. Elizabeth was outstanding in working with us in making the final selection. the crew who did the installed was very professional, neat in their work and had total attention to details with the installation. The whole experience was perfect! We went to the big box stores first. It is very difficult to make a selection looking at a 6 inch square piece of granite. At Planet Granite, one can view entire slabs in their yard and at no time were we hurry along in the process or pressure to select the most expensive slab. The big box stores stated we would have to drive to Denver to select our slabs. Why go to Denver when Planet Granite has such a large selection in Colorado Springs? I cannot say enough about Planet Granite. Their computer program that shows how our actual slab selection would look on our actual counters was amazing!
