Everything went off without a hitch as advertised. The two men who showed up knew what they needed to do and did it. Results were shown to me thru video..I will call them for my air ducts in the future.

Our furnace died right when the COVID-19 was starting. The furnace people told us we needed our furnace vent cleaned before we could have the new one installed. We only had 1 1/2 days to find someone. We went through a list of air duct cleaning ing companies and chimney sweepers all to say either they don't provide that service or that they could in a couple of weeks. When I called Planet Duct the y i!immediately answered my call and they were also able to fit us in the next day. They also had a cancellation and were able to come earlier than scheduled. They were very professional and thorough and I would definitely hire them again.

I used Hydro Clean on a move out and was highly impressed that they not only made the old carpet look new they removed red stains that were there before I moved in. I was actually excited to see that they also do duct cleaning. Because of my wonderful experience with the carpet cleaning I was more than confident to use this service. I bought my home 2 years ago and every time the heat came the whole house had a strong feces smell. Plant duct was able to get rid of the smell and I'm not seeing any dust so far. Brandon and the other gentlemen that came were very professional. They wore masks and covered their feet with booties. I'd also like to add that I spoke with Rayce to make the appointment on the phone and he was just wonderful too. He was also very professional and thorough. There aren't to many honest companies left now a days but this company restores my faith.

As planned, on time, and to a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. The cleaning techs were true pros and answered every question I had along the way.
