When the company first came out we had a misunderstanding about the volume of stuff to be hauled and I was very dissatisfied. Junk King immediately contacted me and vowed to do whatever was necessary to make me happy. And they did! Everything was taken care of in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Their guys worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call them next time I need hauling services.

Two young men worked diligently until they were completely finished.

It was excellent, and the price was reasonable.

The guys from Junk King showed up and gave me a solid estimate on how much removing all of my junk would cost. Then they came back and loaded it all in the truck. It was interesting how careful they were to separate it into different types of junk. They even took a big pile of hazardous paints and solvents, on top of the normal junk, for a reasonable additional fee. They didn't require anything to be bagged up and getting everything on the truck too way less time than I expected.

Provider was exactly on time and did exactly what was discussed.

I used three times now, they work they do is really good but their price is super inconsistent. The drivers negotiate the price.

They showed up early and when I didn't have quite enough junk to justify their minimum price, they actually asked me if I had anything else I wanted hauled away because they didn't feel right charging me for so little. I was very impressed!

Three young men were sent to do the job. They were on time and called as promised to let me know when they would arrive. They were professional, courteous and very pleasant. They peformed the work quickly and were finished within the time we were told. They were very aware of the animals on the property when entering and exiting the property through field gates, which I very much appreciated. I would, and probably will, use their services in the future. I don't know if they have other employees, but would prefer the same three young men do work again.

Junk King...found them on Angie's List & figured I'd give them a shot. Very impressed...They were professional, efficient, and friendly...called ahead & showed up on time. Gave me a great price, too. They were awesome & went above & beyond moving tons of leftover renovation materials quickly and with major expertise about how to maximize the amount hauled. Truly a godsend. Will definitely use them again and very grateful for their help. If you need a major haul away, these are your guys!!! I felt like they actually cared about doing a great job...hands down a wonderful experience. Thank you Junk King & Angie's List!!!

They hauled away the trash we called them about but put a dent in our rain gutter. They gave us a "supposed" $40 discount although we felt like the cost was what it should be with NO discount, and painted the gutter using our paint and ripping our paint brush holder in the process. The $40 won't begin to cover fixing the brand new gutter before we list our house for sale. He apologized but clearly did not care AT ALL that he damaged our property. The cost was way too high!!!

Very impressed with the 2 young men who did the job..They called 20 mins before coming over and once they got here they did the job promptly and cheerfully. Took maybe 15 mins from start to finish.

They did a very nice job getting it all loaded in a very heavy rain.

Junk King did a great job. They had to haul out a huge entertainment center and they did it careful and did a good job. They got it out without doing any damage. They cleaned out good afterwards and vacuumed for me.

No work perform but they did a very thorough job of estimate they were very professional polite and very knowledgeable in their area. They explained a lot of things I did not know about junk removal and some other problems one could encounter with a poor service provider. Their price was a little too high for my budget but if I had the money I would use them first.

What I liked about their service is that they came to my home, they went to my porch to get the grill, and they made sure it was taken away. I didn’t have to be that involved with which I really enjoyed.

They’re great. They usually come out the same day. They can let you know about 20 minutes before they get to you. They will even take stuff out of your home as well.

They are very friendly and professional. They worked fast. They were here when they were asked to be. All around I was pleased with their service.

They showed up and did what they said they were going to do.
