Prior to the move they came out to give us an estimate. While not the least expense estimate, we decided to use this company as they seemed honest and dependable. So glad we went with this company. The guys arrived on time even though the weather was awful: snow, ice, and wind. Placed all our furniture where we wanted. Even did moves a second or third times so we wouldn't have to move furniture ourselves. They were careful with our furniture so there was no damage. Amazingly the final bill was significantly below the estimate and well below our projected guesstimate. They did a great job; we'd definitely recommend them. Matter of fact, they are moving our daughter and son in law's household because they were so wonderful.

Reserved the day and showed up punctually. Got right to work and crew worked steadily and quickly. Crew was experienced and had been with the company long term. They worked hard and steadily, I felt they were earning the compensation I was paying. Continued to work until the job was done and were concerned that they complete everything I wanted done. Very good experience, I would definitely use them again and actually am planning to hire them again at the end of the month.

Matt and Alejandro moved two sofas, one heavy table, two desks, five big armchairs, a big rug, and some other furniture pieces from the basement to the main level.of my house. I had asked for a proof of insurance and Matt presented it to me. They were very careful while handling the furniture. The service was reasonable priced. I will use their help in the future.

Matt, Alejandro and Codie showed up on time and quickly surveyed the area with me. Then they went right to work. They were very friendly, efficient and hard working. They even helped us move extra items and did all they could to stay within our budget. They even pointed out problems with our furniture or items prior to moving. Thanks guys. Matt and his crew were true professionals.They were very communicative and flexible. Lots of things happened and we had to change what needed to be done a couple of times at the very last minute--because other professionals, painters, didn't accomplish their tasks on time. They adapted very well and went above and beyond helping us. They worked very hard and acted the professional at all times. I'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Matt and his men were on time, courteous and worked from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. to finish the job. They were very professional and followed all of our directions.

From the first phone call, the owner Matt, has been very responsive, answered all my questions, delivered service as agreed upon and everyone was friendly and hard working.

Matt called both the evening before and the morning of to let me know he and his crew were ready. They arrived at about 9AM and, before lunch, had moved all of the large items, including the washer and dryer, out of our old house and onto the truck. We also had a number of items that were not being moved but needed to be placed in the garage for a weekend garage sale. No problem! A full upright freezer, roll-top desk, china hutch, etc all made it out for the sale. Everything was carefully moved and well-packed. No wall dings, door dents, or scratches to report. After a quick lunch break the guys arrived at our new home. A few large items had been purchased with the house but were not needed. The crew moved them into the garage to make room for the items they had moved. Everything was placed, unpacked, and assembled. They completed the whole job by 2PM! My wife's brother was going to purchase the "left over" items from our new house so, since the crew had finished so quickly, I asked Matt is he might be able to load, deliver, and unload them. Again, no problem! We ended up with a very smooth, scratch-free move, a wad of money from a garage sale that went well thanks to all of the items being on open display, a new garage with enough room for both vehicles, and a brother-in-law with a nice load of furniture he didn't have to move. Everything went smoothly, quickly, and was well executed. Considering the tremendous amount of work I thought the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to rehire this crew and highly recommend them.

Even though Matt was caught by an unexpectedly large moving project, he still came with helper and got my son into his storage unit that day. Price was fair and quality of service very high.

It was not as great experience as I expected. They broke three of my items. I think they should have been more careful. Then they had somebody come to fix the item and charged me $40 an hour extra and I was not really happy with that.

Very impressed. They set right to work and were done in a little more than a half hour. When they left the area was cleaned and swept. Mush more than I expected.

Called I-Haul when my usual moving service's new rates were too expensive for in-town 2 bedroom household move. Moved many, many, many times, so I know what I want and also what I can reasonably expect from moving companies. I was impressed with Matt's pricing, and best of all, his guarantee of 3 men for the move. Simply put, Matt, his clean and well stocked truck and his great crew were the best movers I have used to date! All 3 men worked at a steady pace, taking excellent care of all the furniture. Since I am disabled and can't easily rearrange furniture, each one made sure I was satisfied with furniture placement, without slowing down their main duties one bit. I never once felt that they were padding their time in any way, and that's the first time I can say that about a moving company who bases their price on hourly rates. I have used long-haulers and in-town movers, nation-wide and local. Matt is the best, and he is nice too!!

iHaul iMove is a great moving service. Matt, the owner, comes to every job with his crew. They did a great job moving some very heavy items from storage to our house. Overall a positive experience and we are already scheduled for another day of moving to move the rest of our items. A+ rating and highly recommended.

I called Matt about 2 months ago and he was very helpful, professional and flexible. He said the move cost would be based on number of hours and he encouraged us to do as little or much of the moving beforehand as we would like. When they arrived and we only had furniture left, they were also cheerful, careful and professional. They did the move in the fastest amount of time possible. We would definitely use them again and plan on using them to help with part of our long distance move in 6 months.

The iHaul team were efficient and packed the POD better than we could have, no doubt. Matt, in particular, provided excellent customer service.

Ron and his team did an awesome job! I called and they had an opening and showed up within an hour -- talk about great service!!! They moved all the stuff without a scratch on anything, did it super fast, were extremely polite and helpful. They are AWESOME! I would highly recommend these guys!

Matt called the same day I left a message (Saturday). He tried very hard to find a time slot that worked for my schedule, but they were heavily booked. I asked him for recommendations and he graciously gave me the names of some competitors.
