Upon arriving home after the purchase, but before the install, I scanned Amazon for a price check and found the prices on the website to be cheaper than the store. When I returned the next day and shared this info with the manager, he promptly refunded the difference! Overall my experience was good. The prices for everything seemed to be reasonable, and I felt taken care of upon completion of the install.

 + -1 moreWhen the keyless entry system was installed, i realized that it should have been an alarm model. There was missed communications between me and the salesman. I wrote a letter to the store manager and he put in the type of unit that I should have asked for.
