Description of Work: Performed painting over entire exterior of house to repair/restore from hail damage (included washing, caulking, scraping and sanding). Also did minor siding and flashing replacement. Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and spent a good bit of time reviewing the requirements and overseeing the work. I received quotes from 2 different competitors and Mike's quote was honest and spot-on. He did not recommend repainting the entire exterior, unlike the other quotes. I will definitely use Certapro again for any touch-up/seasonal work and for my entire house repaint in 2-4 years.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They were very detailed about the work; they cleaned the molding and taped it up. Their work was very detailed and exact and they provided excellent service. The only thing I didn?t like is that we had to pay cash rather than use the credit card. We are planning on using their services next year when we paint the entire interior of our house. The price seemed high but I guess it was worth it.
Description of Work: CertaPro Painters of Colorado Springs painted my scrapbooking room. Two sides were painted navy blue and two sides were painted gold.

Put two coats on the patio cover ceiling. No extra cost. 4. Crew was friendly, efficient, profesional, detailed, fast 5. Looks great. Did extra good prep work. 6. Came back volunarilly for a few missed spots. 7. My first paint job. Was shocked by cost but was right in line with one other quote. It is an average two story 1600 square foot/floor home.

+ -1 moreWe have been living with a partially painted ceiling for ten years because there was no way we could reach that high to do it ourselves. We had contacted Mike Lane, owner of CertaPro Painters (719-465-3118), to give us an estimate on painting our home's exterior -- a very good price which we decided we simply could not afford right now; but we liked him and his thoroughness, and remembered our pesky ceiling. He gave us another good price on Tuesday, came back that evening with the two paint color samples we chose, and painted huge swatches on our ceiling for us to decide which would work. Neither of them did, so he told us to call the Sherwin-Williams store to get other samples of color we liked, and charge it to his account. We found just the right shade ("Sky High", a pale pretty blue), and on Thursday, Mike sent Rafael to prime and paint. Rafael was polite and expert, and in no time, the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We have found our house painter -- inside and out!
