Description of Work: I called Bugle on Jun 17. It is now Jun 23 and there has been no response.

Description of Work: Did not respect requested schedule agreed on. Poor to no response to telephone attempt to correct schedule. ( every other week mow request, allowed by purchase agreement was not respected). The quality of work was very poor, but the price was so low that a 5 min mow was probably to be expected. The one mower I spoke with at site was polite and accommodating.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's Big Deal for 4 mowings. The first mowing they only needed to mow the back yard as my sprinkler repairman just mowed the front. They left multiple swatches unmowed, didn't use the weed eater to trim the weeds in the mulch area, and used a commercial grade heavy mower when I told the owner/operator I had just put down sod within the last 3 weeks. the weight of the mower pushed down the soft grass and dirt and did some damage. |Last week they spent less than 10 minutes total front and back and again left areas unmowed and untrimmed. |Honestly, my 12 yr old grandson does a much better job mowing than this professional service. |I'm very surprised at the less than stellar job. I would think they would want to make a good impression in order to gain a regular customer.

Description of Work: Paid for aeration and overseed on my small lawn, they also mulched the lawn.

Description of Work: They did a very quick with a very large mower. We were pleased, guys very nice and professional.

Description of Work: Bugle's equipment had a 36" cutting width and was too big for my yard. I initially thought that Ron was going to cancel but offered to use the trimmers on my yard. This was a decent job, not as good as I would have done with my 21" mower. Since I was still recovering from surgery, I agreed to let him proceed. He will run his trimmers 3 more times in the month of June 2014.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for four consecutive lawn mowing services including trim and clean up for $60 total. The response when I called and asked if they could meet my schedule was quick. They started the first service on the day that they said they would. The grass was cut and trimmed well and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Description of Work: I had to be on the phone, so I couldn't keep an eye on them. They didn't mow one side of the house, and they hit the rain drain pipe so badly that it bent the pipe almost closed. When it rained, the water flooded over the top of the gutters in the back, and flooded the shed. I called the office 6-2-14 @approx. 5:00pm and asked to talk to someone because I want the water drain pipe fixed. So far no one has got back with me. I have to work, and don't get home until approx. 4:00pm.
