I called at 2:00pm (on a Saturday), they were finished with the work at about 4:15pm. They did a great job. They also guaranteed their work and kept to their estimate. Very professional.

Mike was very professional. He responed quickly to my call. He had to order the Kohler cartridge, but it was in within a few days. That part was the most exspensive because Kohler is an exspensive brand. The kitchen stainer was replaced as a whole unit and took care of the leak problem under the sink. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. I would use them again. Very happy with their work. They also honored the Angies discount coupon.

Mike came out to our house that we had just moved in to and helped diagnose a plumbing back-up that caused some minor flooding in our basement. He was prompt and professional and gave us all our options for a fix. He even came rushing back when we put out a distress call shortly after he had left. About a week later we called again to have him install a new kitchen faucet. He was able to come out the next day for the install, and also fixed a couple other minor issues that had popped up. We are so happy to have found a company that we feel good about, is honest, prompt, and professional.

I was promised someone would call and they did, promising they would be at my house within 25 minutes which was exceeded. I got a very professional review of what was happening, an explanation of what would fix the issue, and everything was done within 1.5 hours. The plumber was very good at explaining to me what was happening and he cleaned up the entire area very completely.

Chris Rice, the workman, arrived on time and ready to fix any and all problems necessary. He first asked for me to just list each problem and never complained when I added on a few. He had many issues fixed before I even knew he was through. He was a machine in and out of the house with the part and tools needed, wasting no time. He presented options for certain things that needed to be fixed and what the different outcomes could be. He advised on how to care for certain things in the future to try and avoid the problems I had again. Chris was friendly and ended up fixing all 8 problems we had in a short amount of time. The price was extremely fair even before the Angie's List coupon. I would not only call this company again but would not hesitate to or have any worry about referring a friend to them. Absolutely the best plumber I have ever had to the house and most definitely the lowest cost ever, especially with all the problems he had to conquer. I have no complaints on the service, price, punctuality, professionalism (but still with a sense of humor) or any other aspect throughout and after the job. An absolute A+++ service and a wonderful morning all around.

My initial call was promptly returned, and service was scheduled in a timely manner. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in his evaluation of the garbage disposal (it sometimes backed up, so I wanted the installation double-checked) and the upstairs shower drain (water was leaking through the downstairs ceiling whenever the shower was run). I was impressed with the integrity of the technician in that he told us the garbage disposal was properly installed, and the shower drain and pipes were fine (just needed to re-grout). Therefore, no repairs were needed! Yay! Although I was grateful for the honesty and integrity displayed, I was slightly disappointed with the price. I felt that $260 was a little high considering no work was needed.

They came to my house quickly which I appreciated since there was water on my carpet. Both my water heaters were replaced and now I have hot showers again.

We called and had someone out within an hour and a half (and we live 30 minutes from Colorado Springs). They were friendly, arrived when expected, showed us and clearly explained what was wrong and fixed the issue quickly --- all for a reasonable price. We could not have been any happier with our experience. Also, Bill's Plumbing is a local family business. We will definitely use them again!

I made one phone call and left a message. Within 20 minutes I had a reply and 20 minutes after that I had a friendly, clean plumber at my door. It was easy to get the service I needed.

Our existing water heater was still functioning but not well since the dip tube was disintegration. So, although our situation was not an "emergency", I was not interested i taking vacation time to shop for a plumber and water heater. Bill's was one of the few plumbers in town that would even answer the phone let alone provide service on a Saturday--at normal rates no less! Not only was the service provided on a weekend in a very timely manner but the Bill's did a great job of cleaning up some existing "monkey works" at no additional cost. Bill's also arranged for and paid the inspection. This was all done at a very competitive rate. We could not be more satisfied.

My elderly parents sewer began backing up, so I tried to call the plumber that we had used several times only to find he was out of business. I looked on Angie's list and found BIll's Plumbing rated highly. I called the company with the problem and they came out that afternoon and in short order cleared roots from the system, made sure that there were no other problems with the system. Justin did a great job; I would be happy to use them again.

Four years ago, I purchased a Rinnai tankless water heater. The heater began working intermittently, showing a "Code 10" on its display. I had just recently used Bill's Plumbing for a problem at my elderly parent's home and was very pleased, so called them for this problem. Mike came out, took the air intake apart and it's fan. Because the water heater is a high-efficiency it has a cold air inlet on the exterior of the house. This time of the year the moths look for any cool, dark space in which to hide. The moths had entered the cold air inlet and plugged with moth bodies. This inlet pipe provides the combustion air for the heater, so for safety, if the air is reduced it shuts itself off. The moths get in the fan that forces the air into the combustion chamber, but the slots in the squirrel-cage type fan are not big enough for the moths to pass through and thereby plug the system. Mike was patient, and took whatever time he needed to clean all the critters out of the system so it would work again. It was nice to have someone that was familiar with the tankless water heater, as I have experienced not all plumbers seem to be. Considering the amount of time it took to clear the air inlet and that I live almost 30 miles east of Colorado Springs, I was impressed with what I paid for the services.

I had a kitchen sink clog from my wife putting too much food down the garbage disposal. She can't argue with me here so I'm saying it. Anyway, Mike came out and did a fantastic job. He snaked the pipes and even fixed up another plumbing issue while he was down there. Seriously, I can't say enough good things. He quickly identified the problem, the price was more than fair, the responsiveness was great. I even declined the angies list discount and paid more than he asked for. That's how satisfied I was with the work.

I tried several times to replace the tank-to-bowl assembly on the toilet. It continued to leak. I called the company this morning. Someone returned my call a couple hours later. Chris arrived this afternoon and set to work. He replaced one part, reassembled everything, and adjusted the water level in two toilets. The coupon on Angie's List had expired, but he accepted it anyway. Chris also took the time to explain when to replace my water heater. He was pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again.

Bill's Plumbing is awesome. I called and left message. Got a return call within 5 minutes. They came out within 30 minutes. Mike was professional, neat, clean, and very knowledgeable. The price was very fair. Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. We will make Bill's Plumbing our ONLY plumber.

I needed a garbage disposer installed and an old one taken out. When I called, Bill set up the appointment time I requested. Aron called about a half hour before the set time to let me know he was on the way. The work was completed in a little over an hour. I told him about a leak under the sink. He checked it out and fixed it as well. I love having a working garbage disposer and knowing that I can trust the workmanship! This is the second time I have used Bill's (first time was a hot water heater) and I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Called bill at 8:30am to describe the issue with my downstairs toilet. It was not flushing properly and overflowing. What was really alarming was that the water in the toilet bowl was actually bubbling! I was able to make a same appointment and the technician showed up at 11am. He was pleasant and thorough. It took about 60 minutes to complete the job. It appears as if roots from the trees in my front yard had made their way into the sewer line and caused a clog. I mentioned the upstairs toilet had a slight issue. He installed a new flushing mechanism and only charged an additional $10. Overall I was very happy with the service and prompt response to my call. I would definitely recommend Dave's Plumbing and will certainly use them again in the future.
