 + -1 moreCalled the morning of 07/24/2009 and requested help. The company called me back as promised, and informed me of when a service tech would arrive. Gave me a one hour window for their show-up time. American Door gave me another call with a 15 minute warning of when serviceman would be there. Tech was on time, got right to work. Worked fast, worked effiencently, took pride in work and was very pleasant.
Description of Work: Replaced both tension wires on garage door, adjusted tension and height, tightened various nuts and bolts as required, and lubricated system.

 + -1 moreThey came out this afternoon, the guy was very professional and quick. He fixed the cables (and you really need special tools for it) and he lubed all the springs and tightened all the bolts on that door as well as the big door. The charge was only $78! Everything's working really well.
Description of Work: My mother's garage door broke -- the cables got tangled. They fixed the cables, and did other maintenance work.
