Keaton arrived on time, and explained the process and about how long it would take the clean the ducts and check the furnace. He did an excellent job, and charged less than he estimated for the job. When the job was finished, he explained what he did and what he found that was of concern. Keaton also called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. If you want your job done right the first time, for a fair price, Superior Duct Cleaning is your best choice.

Called Bob with Superior Air Duct Cleaning to clean out the ducts on a home we just purchased. There was a bit of a hang up with scheduling on their end which resulted in the technicians not being dispatched on the day we had originally discussed. I called Bob up to inquire and he explained that it was his fault the appointment hadn't been finalized on their end. It was his mistake but he took responsibility for it and worked with us to get the techs out the very next day. He also ended up discounting our service, which went a long way for us since we were on a very tight schedule and budget. Any other company very easily could have just dismissed it and rescheduled us for any time at the same rate, but Bob made it right. The techs showed up as scheduled the next day and were prompt, courteous, and professional as they worked through our home. What very easily could have been a bad situation turned out to be a very positive experience, we'll be using Superior Air Duct Cleaning again!

Bob is an awesome guy! He will contact you right away and make sure to get you taken care of. His team does quality work and will show you the before and after pics. Gross air ducts got cleaned in a matter of hours! Pricing is pretty much the same as everyone else out there, but you get a great family owned company. I will definitely recommend.
