Explained everything before starting,worked quickly and was very friendly. I will use them again.

Very professional, did very good job, didn't mind me checking on him periodically (actually I just wanted to watch what he was doing, very interesting) Knew he did great job, one time when I was watching, saw several big wads of dust falling out of open vent.

I paid 150.00 for the service, only to find the same company on Groupon for 50.00

All the people I interacted with in this company were polite, professional, and helpful. The person who did the duct cleaning seemed to do a good job as far as I could tell. He was very willing to answer questions but unfortunately, he did not know much about the sanitizer that he offered to spray in the system. He said that it is non-toxic and that it was supposed to get rid of mold, mites, and spiders. I later learned that the EPA has not approved of any sanitizers for use in HVAC systems. I wish that I would not have opted to have him use the sanitizer and I would recommend that the company not make claims that they can't back up with evidence. Superior Air Duct Cleaning was quick and cleaned up after themselves. During the cleaning process the dryer vent cover on the outside of the house was damaged. Ryan came back a few days later and replaced it himself. I would hire them again.
