They were quick to respond and set up an appointment for an estimate. Lenny is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He has lots of samples in all price ranges. Installation was scheduled for a couple of weeks out. Installation day came and went without a hitch! I would highly recommend.

Lenny was extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to share that knowledge. I feel like he got us the right carpet, and he bent over backward to get it installed within our tight timeline.

I was in a tough spot and Lenny really came through for me! He started and finished when he said and his work was excellent! They installed 6,000 square feet of carpet on 3 floors with 2 stair cases and not one flaw! I would not only use him again, but can't imagine calling anyone else!

Company was paid but never sent a receipt. They have a phone that does not answer and has no room on the voicemail to leave a message. There was also no response to emails. They did the work and then disappeared.

Great carpet for a great price! Really nice and professional crew. I am very particular, and I did not find anything that resembled a mistake throughout the 3 levels of my home. The carpet arrived sooner than expected and at a price that was lower than our estimate. The cost was literally half of what another company had quoted us. Simply, wow!

Have helpful advice on options. Fixed a bungled install that a large company failed on 3 times.

The flooring looks fantastic and was done in two days. Lenny and his nephew did the living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms plus hall and stairs. They had to move a ton of furniture

Lenny was able to work with our tight schedule and came out promptly for a quote (same day). He took measurements, we chose a carpet (optional) that he was able to order and within a week it was laid out and installed. One of the easiest projects so far!

Downright Flooring did a great job for us. We have been remodeling a section of our house that includes the family room and a guest room, doing some of the work ourselves but hiring pros for the new fireplace, special tiling, custom iron work, and so forth. We initially looked for a carpet installer only, but Lenny also can order directly from all the major manufacturers and was able to offer us high quality carpeting at a great price. His installation team has a tremendous work ethic!---due to a heavy schedule, they did a terrific installation of our carpeting in the EVENING in order to meet our tight schedule of contractors. His company is small, and that affected communications a bit, but overall we enjoyed working with Lenny and his team, and are highly satisfied with the outcome.

Fantastic work done by Lenny - he was helpful in picking up carpet from where I purchased it and was very thorough in installation of the carpet throughout the house. I will hire him for future projects. Excellent work for the price.

We have built numerous hotels and with this remodel, Lenny is definitely the best carpet installer I have ever seen. His attention to detail and his desire for perfection is amazing. HIRE THIS GUY!!

Lenny was very nice over the phone. He quoted a price over the phone after the work was done it was double. He should of came out prior to bidding. To be fair we had 30 additional yards then we told him and he tore out a floor. His work is awesome however have clarity of the job prior to booking and shock of double The price he was nicer over the phone then in person might of been a tough day and extra work

Lenny was very professional. He was very informative about the styles and selection of carpeting; and the pros and cons of each. He is very knowledgeable. He worked closely with me on the installation date. He was prompt when returning my calls. He showed up when he said he would and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would defiantly hire him again.

Lenny really went above and beyond to meet a very tight timeframe that I was under. He really wanted to help me out and got the job done on time and for a great price.
