My question to you and your wife, Would you have this in your home? I asked the question 3 times to be exact and either of you replied with a yes. I have done all the math as well Sir, and what it comes down to is this I invited you into my home, agreed to pay for a job well done and now I have to pay to clean up your mess. I hired you from a trusted friend who recommended you and I in turn will not waste additional words with an argument with you, but will leave my review/recommendation of your work with a rating on line. Character would not leave a customer to clean up after your inept wherewithal to complete a 12x12 tile job. However, as we have seen in Major League Baseball, The NFL, corporations throughout the country and the like , I will pay you to go away. That is what I think of your work.

Bruce came and did a repair that a previous tile person did. I can’t say enough about the company . Very prompt and courteous. Bruce the owner, did the job himself. It turned out great. I highly recommend his company.

We have filed a formal lawsuit against Premier Tile and Stone because of the damage caused to our property on what should have been a simple tile job. Bruce Thorsen as the owner and registered agent has been evading service attempts. He is misrepresenting the company, its capabilities and reviews. This is an unethical, unprofessional company that does not stand behind its work.

What an amazing experience! The job took a little longer than anticipated, but worth the wait! The quality of work and craftsmanship was just so beautiful! The owner Bruce had one of his best on my job, his name is Alex! Alex was on time each day and took his time, as he wanted everything to be level. Bruce prepped the space prior to beginning the job, and kept my floors so nice! When the job was complete, Alex made sure every inch of his work space was cleaned and put back like he found it! Everyday Bruce showed up to inspect and was available for questions and guidance. I am so happy I hired Premier Tile, and will gladly do it again and again! All of my neighbors will know who installed my brick wall!

Bruce was great to work with. Responsive to texts and communications, and overall a really nice guy. Did great with on our kitchen floor tile. We had a couple tiles/grout lines crack after he was done and Bruce gladly and quickly came back to fix it free of additional charge. Would definitely recommend. UPDATE 11/23/2022 Our original job was done in summer of 2021. Since then I have constantly had issues with cracking and broken tiles, grouting popping up and underlayment issues. Bruce has had to send guys back to perform repairs 5 times now. We had 4 boxes of tiles left over from the original job and almost all of those tiles have been consumed in the repairs. I told him that any additional repairs he needs to pay for the materials. We scheduled another repair this week and he had not acquired the materials and asked me to pick up the tile. Scheduling is a nightmare, for 2 weeks now we've been trying to get someone out here and it seems like we are a low prority to get our issues addressed and we're always scheduled later in the day after he and his guys are done somewhere else. He doesn't prioritize getting us taken care of properly. He has stood behind his work to an extent, but only performed spot fixes and is unwilling to address the floor in a broader spectrum as it clearly needs. He is also unwilling to give us any sort of partial refund so we can get the floor fixed with any confidence that it will remain in good condition. He only seems willing to spot fix our floor for eternity. Have been extremely disappointed.

Bruce was clear on pricing. His communication is great. He let's you know what's going on in every step of the process. The tile work is beautiful . We had an entry way, laundry room and a full bathroom done. The work was finished in a timely manner and we are very pleased!

Bruce is a great guy and doesn't try to over talk you. His charge for the work was very good. Bruce gets back with you in a timely manner and is on time for the job. I'm glad I got Bruce to help me out.

Bruce and his partner did an excellent job installing our tiling. They completed flooring in a bathroom and bar area as well as the veneer of the bar. Pricing is reasonable, communication was excellent and the quality of work is great. We are already talking about other jobs that weâ d like to talk to them about!

Bruce fixed the drywall in the garage and replaced a window sill for me, and they both t look amazing!
