They did fine. They had to come out a couple of times for some minor issues and they have been fantastic. Their follow up is fantastic. They were the least expensive and they followed up on some issues that were actually manufacturer’s issues and were beyond their control. It took them a couple of attempts to find the problem and fix it, but they did it. They did it in a very timely manner and I was very pleased with them. Lennox was the manufacturer and Cooper really stuck to it until it was solved. They were fantastic to work with. They did a really good job.

Jason was great, he came out early and let me look over his shoulder and explained everything he was doing.

Two uniformed technicians arrived on time and completed their work in about an hour. No issues redeeming my Angie's list coupon. I'll be contacting them again for future inspection work.

I called Cooper Heating after getting a phone number from Angie's List. They were very helpful on the phone. When the tech got to my home he was very quick with the work and I was satisfied that he took care of the problem. We have had no problems with the furnace since then. I would use Cooper again.

On Tuesday morning we smelled something burning, then the furnace motor started making a horrendous sound. We called Cooper Heating and Cooling because they were at the top of Angies List. Drew came out and did a thorough inspection of our furnace and informed us we had always had the wrong furnace (too large) since the beginning and he was surprised it had lasted this long (12 years). He made an estimate to fix our existing furnace, then gave us many price point options for a new furnace. Given the issues with our current furnace we were not willing to spend the money on this old unit so decided we would put in a new furnace. I called in Precision Plumbing to get a second opinion. They confirmed the same issues with my existing furnace and then gave me 2 options for replacement, both of them $1000-2000 more than the equivalent options from Cooper. We chose Cooper. They showed up at 8:30 AM on Thursday, worked hard all day, and we had a gorgeous new furnace by 6:30 PM that evening. Drew even knocked off an additional $230 on the $4200 total. Their workmanship was stellar, and we are very pleased with the final result.

The duct cleaning went flawlessly.

The inspection went well but we have not had further work done yet.

I contacted Cooper's to schedule an appointment after picking up a brochure at Costco, and checking them out on Angie's List. Their scheduler was very prompt in answering the phone, and schedule a convenient time for their technician to come take a look at the furnace. They even offered to come the same day if we needed them to, which I thought was fantastic considering I called on Friday before New Year's! David called first thing in the morning the day of the appointment to let us know his ETA would be at 8:00 am, and was right on time. I had requested an appointment as early as possible so I would be able to take care of some other appointments in the afternoon, and they actually listened. I used the coupon provided on the Angie's list site to have the furnace inspected and serviced. David also took care of some other issues that were causing the furnace to run non-stop, and so far it seems to be working well. David was very methodical in approaching the problem, and working to provide a solution. We had another service provider over the week before who spent 15 minutes looking at the furnace and told us it " Needed to be replaced right away!" He even went a step further to tell us that the furnace was only going to last a few more days, and we would be lucky if it made it through the holidays! We really appreciated David's honesty as he explained that the furnace may need to be replaced, but was willing to spend some time to look at other options. Overall we were very pleased with the professionalism of the Cooper's team and would definitely use them again.

The entire process was good, from our salesman to our installers everyone was extremely professional, and we had a lot of people from this company come through our house. As with many older homes things don't always run smoothly when you start a project and that was the case here but they handled everything they said they would and got the job done. They arrived when scheduled and were always clean and put tarps down to protect my floor and rug. Overall a very good experience with this company I would highly recommend .

Overall, I am very pleased with my first experience with Cooper Heating and Cooling. The fact that they helped me on a Sunday and the Sunday prior to New Year's Eve was very much appreciated!!! They were very reasonable with pricing and I plan on utilizing Cooper for my future ac/heating needs.

Cooper Heating and Cooling were prompt and very professional. They performed all services with all services requested and with a smile. I would highly recommend them & I Will use them again as needed.

The technician, Kris, arrived in the time slot given to me and about a half hour after he phoned, as he said he would. He stayed two hours working on the furnace, as well as the steam humidifier. The humidifier needed extensive work. He showed me the water holder that was full of gunk from some cardboard insert (probably packing left during installation). Apparently there was also some problem with the hoses. Kris was a cheerful fellow, even telling some good jokes. He seemed very industrious, concerned about making sure everything worked correctly, and even wore shoe covers to protect the rugs. I had a $50 coupon for the furnace tune-up from a recent Broomfield Enterprise ad. He also gave me a price reduction on the humidifier cleaning. I would definitely use this company again and certainly do recommend them.

A very nice service man came out and installed the surge protector. Then he went through the house with me to locate the outlets most in need of a GFI or regular outlet replacement. I had many old outlets and it was great to have someone help me identify those that needed replacements.

At first difficult to get response from installation department, but they worked us in to the schedule.

Installation was excellent for the furnace and a/c. There were a few install issues with the hot water heater (an Eternal hybrid heater) but these were quickly resolved when I called and let them know. The hot water heater also failed inspection with a few minor issues. These too were quickly corrected with one exception. The exception was that the venting for the hot water heater, coupled with the Boulder County Inspectors unfamiliarity with the product led the inspector to fail the venting even though it met the requirements stated in the installation manual. This was eventually resolved with Cooper having the Eternal representative draft a letter to the inspector approving the specific routing of my exhaust vent. Cooper did a good job chasing this down and eventually getting it resolved, but it took several months to get it done. This lag, while not Coopers fault, is the reason they got a B in responsiveness.

I asked for suggestions as the bottom dollar one may not be adequate for me. The responsiveness was poor and seemed under researched. After I challenged the initial evaluation I got a pretty decent evaluation, although it took quite a while. I had them do the install, and it is still doing thejob. Good enough, but I suspect I could do as well without asking them for a recommendation.

I do not have any complaints about their work

We signed up for a consultation at Costco, (Cooper is the chosen installer by Costco). Matt came out and measured our house and as it tuned out, the air conditioner we had was too big for our house - therefore wasting energy. Yes, we had an "air conditioner" installed in December, crazy right? NO! Costco was giving a rebate as well as Cooper so it turned out to be a good deal for us. We also won't have to wait in the summer when it's so hot to have it replaced. Cooper will come out again in the summer to make sure everything is calibrated right. We are happy with the installation, the installers were neat and clean. Matt also suggested we install "vanes" in our furnace because of course our When our furnace tuns on there is a thumping in the vents, and it's pretty annoying. After installing the vanes the thumping was reduced significantly. Highly recommend, they really know their stuff.

Fine. The gentleman arrived on time, did his work, and left pretty quickly. I had no problems and would call them again.

Service was great, no issues or hassles. Ducts were super dirty from a previous owner and we could see and feel a difference once the work was completed.

The technicians came at the time that they promised and completed the job in a quick fashion, but were able to troubleshoot a few problems. We feel that they gave us great service and now we have an updated electrical system.

The guys that did the work were outstanding!!! Very professional and thorough with their work. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them!!! I liked their work so much that I had them install my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal!
