The two brothers are just firing up this company, and I will say if they continue the level of services provided at my place, these guys will be in business for many years to come. Shakir and his brother had a large task at hand with a very outdated furnace in a tight space. These professional gentlemen made quick work out of the job and did a great job of cleaning up. They took the time to go over the new equipment with me and verified I was comfortable on the operation. Highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work that you need. Commercial or Residential. Our A/C stopped blowing out cool air on a Sunday night, I called first thing Monday morning (person I spoke with was very friendly and very responsive) and I was able to get an appointment for the following afternoon when other service providers could not come out for 1-2 weeks. Josh was able to troubleshoot the A/C, provided us with a few suggestions and options, answered all my questions, and after recharging the refrigerant told us what the next steps would be in case the problems were elsewhere and persisted. We felt like we received an honest assessment and were very happy with Josh's service, would recommend his services!

Josh and his team expanded our existing underfloor radiant heating system. They completed the project very timely and under their initial estimate. Josh also reviewed our existing system and improved our existing insulation in one particular area. He reviewed our existing boiler condition and provided recommendations for maintenance. The project completed in three days. They cleaned up after themselves and left us minimal final cleaning to do. They were attentive to the details of the project and understood our expectations from the beginning. We will hire them again.

Expansion of existing underfloor radiant heating (3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).

Josh was able to come by on very short notice to get our air conditioning running again. He was fast, professional and friendly and also took the time to explain what we can do to make our unit run more efficiently, which I appreciated. We will definitely call him again in the future for a/c or heating service.

I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. From the start Josh was willing to get me an estimate around my schedule, he came out at 8pm the same day I called and sat down and went through several options. I got quotes from 4 other contractors which were all higher(most significantly higher). Josh was also the only contractor to take the time to verify that his setup would get me most of the xcel rebate, most of the contractors said it was to much work to deal with them. Once the work started he noticed our air intake was too small so he replaced that out of his own pocket to make sure it was done right. Before our final day of installation our hot water heater went out as well and he was able to get us a new one installed by the end of the day. A couple weeks after the install we had an issue with the A/C and he came out the next day and had it fixed. The Xcel rebate came exactly as he promised, even a few weeks early. Needless to say I'll use Josh every time. You can't beat a knowledgeable and nice contractor who works around your schedule and is the most competitively priced.

Josh is great. He responds quickly and fixes the problem without adding on extra services that aren't needed. I trust Josh to get the job done right at a reasonable price. I highly recomend him to anyone with any type of HVAC issue.

Josh showed up on time, with all the tools and parts that he needed. The work was done in a neat and workman like manner, they cleaned up after day 1 and day 2 was the same. The system started up with no problems and has been running smoothly since then (9/5/14 today). Josh was easy to work with and provided the right sized equipment (others had quoted much more expensive and oversized equipment) and his price was very fair. I would use them again without question.

We bought a home in August with many problems, so we called Colorado Service Techs which had a sticker on our old furnace. Josh, owner of the company, came and looked at it and said it was about 13 yrs. old, very inefficient and that it, as well as the AC, would probably need replacement very soon. About a month later, when we first needed heat, we turned it on and it did not work. My husband left a message for Josh late Friday evening and he was at our home the following morning before 8. He was able to restart our furnace at no charge. We decided to replace both heater and AC before winter. Josh and his helper arrived punctually, did the work as promised and charged exactly what the estimate was. We are very satisfied with his work.
