Few damaged items and misplaced items in a complicated move otherwise fine

Did not know about 15% fuel surcharge, which added greatly to the cost of the move.

Not good. They did not perform the job I needed. Lack of communication from the company after the crew left. Would not recommend.

Bryan, Ethan, and Mark really did a wonderful job moving my stuff up and down 4 floors quickly and without scuffing anything. They were nice and easy to interact with. They really took great care of me and my stuff.

These guys are terrific and hardworking. Friendly, careful really hard to find words to express after youâ ve had a negative experience itâ s as if the clouds parted and the sun shone through. Ethan, Brian and Mark definitely brightened my day. Thanks guys

They were really great, but for some reason they weren't prepared for the move I booked staffing wise. They had to call in a third person last minute, so the estimate I was given was much lower than what I ended up paying. Not necessarily their fault, I just wasn't prepared for the final amount. Otherwise, they were really great and I would totally hire them again... I'd just pad my estimate more than I did.

This was the most TERRIBLE experience I have ever had with movers or a moving company. They are frauds and completely took advantage of us and our move. What should have only taken them a few hours, took over 9 and I was billed 2.5 times my quoted rate (quoted $1,500 and charged over $3,600). From reading other reviews, it is evident that the movers don't get off their ass until they reach overtime and will move extra slow to make sure they get there. We were not informed of the overtime price. The three movers that showed up were completely unprepared, regardless of my confirming it at least 5 times. They arrived without packing materials, which I pre-paid for. I was forced to drive to the Home Depot to get materials because they didn't have what I pre-paid for. The movers blamed it on "dispatch" and then charged us for the time (2 hours) we spent going to get materials while they sat in my kitchen listening to excessively loud music and discussing their dating lives. The movers did not have the courtesy to wear masks, even when asked to. I was CLEAR when I told the movers MULTIPLE TIMES what was to be packed, what was to be carefully wrapped, crated and packed. They acknowledged what I said (more than 5 times), said they would do it, and did not do it. They had me sign under pressure, before the move was complete, and told me there was no other option. The driver (Brian, who came from the Broomfield office) told me everything would be properly handled, our stuff would be carefully put into storage and nothing would be ruined etc, â ¦shockingly, he lied. The movers showed up to the storage unit with valuable art and furniture not wrapped, packed or crated (falling out of the truck). Items they were instructed multiple times not to pack were packed and items they were told to pack were left unpacked. It got to the point where I had to stand there and watch them wrap our belongings if I wanted them to do anything they were supposed to do. After the 6th time that I told the movers what needed to be packed, I went to check on the items being brought to the storage unit. To my surprise, one of the movers was ramming an expensive piece of furniture into the wall. This piece is now DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. I returned to check on the status of the other two movers, who were supposed to be wrapping another piece of furniture (as they said they would) however, I caught them trying to sneak the furniture in the back without wrapping the piece. They DESTROYED multiple pieces of furniture and valuable pieces of art. They threw everything into our storage units as if it was the town dump. Items are loose, furniture is sitting on top of tvâ s that were thrown into the unit unprotected and boxes labeled â fragileâ were kicked around, stomped on and are upside-down. They have ruined (beyond repair) multiple belongings that cannot be replaced. Belongings that they said they would wrap or crate are still not wrapped or protected. We called and asked to speak to the manager (Jon of the Broomfield office), who said he would "call back when he has time". It has now been FOUR DAYS and we have not heard from him or anyone at the company. Now, we have to pay for more movers to come and redo the job that I was told I had to pay for, even though they completely failed to do their job and what was agreed upon. We have video footage documenting their actions, which very clearly shows their failure to provide the service we were told we had to pay for. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company if you value your time, money, and belongings.

Dependable, on time, pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond and the actual cost was below the estimate. Dry satisfied. Once I registered with Angi, I received an initial call. Dry quickly, followed by a visit within a day or two to estimate my moving needs.

This moving company was amazing starting from when they showed up to when they closed the truck doors! I recommend the Crew Arizona, Micheal, avrum, and Aaron! Very quick and easy move! I will be coming back!

When hiring All My Sons, I was promised a highly experienced and professional team of movers who would do the job the right way and leave me with nothing to worry about. The guys they sent were nice enough and worked hard to get the job done, but they were a far cry from what was promised. They did not work effectively as a team, and they did just about everything possible to Undermine my confidence in their ability to get the job done right. They demonstrated little regard or care for their own safety or the proper handling of my belongings. Unfortunately, they damaged several things due to a lack of care, including damage to the storage facility where they moved my furniture. I have a case pending to address these issues, but I would not hire All My Sons again.
