Took 3 calls over 4 days to get into their system due to errors on their part. Then sent out team from Alabama. They get emergency teams from all over. This team was not familiar with some aspects of being in Colorado. Had I not known the law that removing small amounts of drywall ( total drywall removed was 20 sq ft) doesn't require asbestos testing, they would have done it and charged me for that too. Removal was poorly done and more damage than needed for future repairs. Worst part was end. I had taken off work time so that they could do the work originally. Then, at the end, their billing process wasn't working so they said they had to return to my house and do another appointment which meant missing yet another hour of work. The next day, when I worked until late in the night to make up for my absence, and finally got to sleep in the early hours of the morning, a couple hours into sleep I was woken up by pounding on the door. They were back! It turns out they never had me fill out the proper paperwork before the job started, so they were going to be in trouble if they couldn't backtrack and have me sign it. I asked what would happen if I refused to sign it, since I had already fully paid for the work and they had completed it. They said they would continue coming to my house at regular intervals and calling me at home and at work until I signed it, so I signed to get them out of my life. Truthfully, had I not signed,, I could've actually sued them. Makes me regret I gave in. This felt like harassment. Worst of all, another contractor I had called early on who said they were too busy to help me originally, finally called me back the day Servpro finished to say they were available. Turns out, they would've done the exact same job, and probably done it better, for about a third of the price that Servpro charged. While they got some points for coming out faster than some other companies, I cannot imagine using them again.

We discovered a disconnected furnace exhaust pipe in the attic in early Jan. After having it reconnected, we contacted ServPro for an estimate for mold and moisture mitigation in the attic.  Since the underside of several roof-boards were also full of mold, we decided to move up our planned roof replacement and replace the boards rather than clean them. After the roof was replaced, ServPro finished up the mold mitigation that was needed on the rafters. ServPro was on time for the estimate and the meeting with the insurance adjuster and they coordinated with the roofer as to scheduling and left  instructions for the roofers about any mold they would encounter while replacing the roof-boards.  They were quick and efficient and explained everything in detail.  The actual work ended up being hours and hundreds of dollars less than they estimated as a result of having the roof replaced first and they seemed genuinely pleasantly surprised.

They sent two technicians (Josh and Larry). They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond.  They worked constantly while they were here.  They did exactly as they said they were going to do.  The were very pleasant, polite and professional.  The carpets looked wonderful.  I didn't think they'd be able to restore my carpets and stairways as they did.  Their director of operation is Erik Nielsen.

In a very stressful situation like this, the Servpro manager on call, Seth, was helpful and professional.  Because of their prompt service, the damage was minimized and the restoration process could proceed without delay.
